The day before the travel date i call again to ask for the guideline and was again told that will send in a short while
On the day itself, 2hour before check in time he text me and told me he have to cancel my booking due to unexpected situation. Being a reasonable person i accepted my faith and ask how about my refund. He told me to look for booking.com and say he already inform booking.com that the booking is cancel.
But after multiple attemp and wait i have yet recieve an email from booking.com on ackowleging the cancelation and refund to be made. Totally disgusted by booking.com after sales customer service. Even agoda i manage to call customer service to make sure my case is being capture.
Now i not even sure if booking.com is going to pay me back my money or not. My hard plan holiday was totally RUIN by booking.com
