• Povilas (10/5): Queit, safe and it felt like home - We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, with a large double bed and fresh towels. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. While the bathroom and kitchen were shared, everything was spotless and well-organized, so it never felt inconvenient at all. The location is fantastic! Just up the stairs from the main street of the old town, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. All the major sights, including Republic Square, the Cascade, and the Opera and Ballet Theatre, are within a 10–15 minute walk, and many charming cafes and shops are just around the corner. Most importantly, our host was truly exceptional. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous with his time and advice, offering great suggestions for places to visit and things to do. His warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more special, and we felt completely cared for throughout our visit. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re visiting Yerevan, this is the perfect spot to stay. Everything about our experience was flawless, and the host went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A truly memorable stay! Cannot think of anything bad :) !
• Allan (10/5): Cozy, Clean, and Perfectly Located - Old Town Guesthouse is our go-to in Yerevan. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and simply furnished with everything we need. The patio and kitchen are great for relaxing with a coffee. Robert, the owner, is incredibly helpful—he even arranged taxis for us around the city and to Goris. Tucked in Old Yerevan, just steps from the center, it’s a gem we keep coming back to. Highly recommended!
• Greg (8/5): - Great location, in a quiet little neighbourhood but just walk down a set of steps and you're on one of the main streets. Our room was large with a big, comfy bed, although the duvet is way too.heavy and thick. Toiletries and bottled water were supplied and the chocolates were a nice touch. The host was very friendly, he even bought us a couple of beers to apologise for not being there to welcome us when we arrived. He was out celebrating his birthday, so totally fine!! There was a small outdoor area with table and chairs. The main negative is finding the place. The location it shows on booking.com is pretty accurate but you've got no idea the door you need to go through is the guesthouse (well actually a homestay really) Please put up a sign!! We spent an hour looking for the place (lots of friendly people trying to help us) but as we'd just arrived in the country we didn't have a sim card so couldn't ring him or message. Its a yellow door you need to go through. The bedroom could be laid out much better. It's a big room so put the bed in the middle, so both people can access the bed from each side and a couple of bedside tables would be good. The kitchen is pretty basic, can only cook up basic meals. There's 2 hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle and just a few pots/pans, cutlery and crockery.

• Theodor (10/5): Could not have been better. - the best location for going out and sightseeing. Also the owner is exceptionally nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend the old town guesthouse!
• Aiting (10/5): Amazing - We stayed here for two nights. The location is just up the stairs from the main street and brings you to a quiet neighborhood, the entrance is at the yellow door. The main street has many shops and restaurants in case you need anything. You can reach the heart of the center of Yerevan in 8 minutes, it's very accessible. The room and facilities were very clean. The room comes with a fan and the temperature at night was good we slept well. The host is incredibly kind and helpful and will assist you in finding places to visit or eat during your stay.

Было немного волнительно бронировать этот гест хаус, но менеджер объекта размещения сразу скинула адрес и номер, а предоплаты не требовалось, поэтому выбрали этот вариант. Нас встретила невероятно милая девушка Лиана. Показала апартаменты: здесь очень уютно. Есть все необходимое и некоторые приятные мелочи: фрукты, сладости, чай. Чувствуется забота о гостях. В итоге получилось, что мы жили одни в доме, но иногда приходил хозяин и делал свои дела там. В любом случае, нам было очень комфортно. С нами очень мило общались, по оплате не было проблем и мы заплатили, когда обменяли деньги. И конечно же, стоит отметить потрясающее расположение: вы спускаетесь по небольшой лестнице и сразу попадаете на самую популярную улицу. Это самый центр. В общем, очень советую этот вариант!! Спасибо хозяевам за такой теплый приём! Все было отлично!
