Tamana (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything was well organized for a relaxing stay. A special mention to Ugo, the owner, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout. He made sure everything went smoothly and really added a personal touch to the experience. I would happily stay here again!

KIERON (8/5): - Very comfortable bed, en suite bathroom, host also provided cold water on arrival and had a fan ready for my room as well because of the intense heat wave we had. Very accommodating and understanding around my medical needs. Building has very good security and safety measures too. While East Acton Tube Station is only 0.4m away, it is on the far west end of the central line, so it's a good 9 or 10 stops just to even get to Liverpool Street.

Maria (10/5): Cute room with an excellent host! - Ugo is amazing and takes really good care of the place! The room was warm and super clean. It had everything you could possible need. It is a nice building, 10 min walk from the tube and with several bus lines nearby. The only thing I can think of is that the mattress was a bit too firm for me, but that is because I have a bad back and I have special requirements, so not the property’s fault.

Tiago (10/5): An amazing stay with an incredible host! - I’ve been to several properties in London for the past year and the first thing that caught my attention was how clean the flat and the room were. It’s noticeable that the host goes the extra mile to ensure their guests are comfortable and that is really important for me as I travel consistently. I was able to use the kitchen, utensils, everything with no issue. The en-suite is very modern and tidy as well.
Mohamed (5/5): Passable - The host is a nice lady and she is helpful I don't recommend the place if you are having an exam or anything that needs a good night sleep as it's extremely noisy at night.
Dezso (10/5): Clean room excellent price - The room was excellent, clean, I had all what I needed. It had a little Lidle next door for breakfast. THe shower room was sparkling, it had shampoo and body wash. The bed was big and comfortable. It was confusing to get there through the apartment building and it was quite far from the nearest metro line but close to work.
Maureen (10/5): My stay was made very comfortable and homely because of my awesome host. It felt like home away from home. The location - The property was very clean and welcoming both the communal area and the main property. Ugo my host was most gracious and helpful. She was on hand to give me tips on how to navigate the public transport system. She was also a great companion. All was good at the property.

Dhruv (10/5): Very well maintained en-suite in London Zone 2, great value for money! - Convenient location - closest underground station is only a 10 minute walk away, bus stops are also close by. Lidl only a couple minutes away (at the ground level of the apartment). Uzoh was extremely kind and friendly, made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Honestly, nothing as such. Great place!

Michelle (6/5): Misleading advertising - It was very neat and tidy Misleading information about the property, I thought I had booked a one bedroom apartment not a bedroom on someone’s apartment. If I wanted to do that I would’ve gone through Airbnb because they’re cheaper. I am not impressed at all. I felt very uncomfortable during my stay because of this. I don’t think I’ll be using booking.com anymore

The host lives in the apartment which was not mentioned as I booked this as a private hire. I did not stay in the apartment as I was made to feel so uncomfortable.
