- Louise (8/5): Clean, spacious house in a good location but lacking a very basic amenities. - Spacious, airy, clean and good location. Screen doors don’t lock unless a key is used and some UHT milk would have been appreciated. As there is nowhere in Picnic Bay to buy milk and I arrived late, a cup of tea would have been nice. And no wifi was a surprise. Don’t expect that these days.

- Elizabeth (7/5): Overpriced but completely adequate - bring your own milk & toiletries! - Great location, very close to the bus stops going both directions. Easy stroll to the jetty and eateries. Lots of space and clean. The place is overpriced and in need of an update. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided but no milk, so we couldn't have a cuppa on arrival. There was also no complimentary toiletries provided, which was fine by us but usually expected. The door handle fell off of one of the doors and the locks were tricky to master. There's no signage on the waste bins to indicate which is wet and which is dry, but the instructions ask you to dispose of waste appropriate to the area ... not much use to people who don't live in the area!

When I call to ask for and explanation manager was extremely rude and threatened to cancel my reservation and give me a parcial refund...so I had to accept it or lose even more money. Had to cancel that credit card because I can't trust her with the details any more.
