- Giuseppe Francesco (9/5): - Struttura tenuta bene
- Basoa (9/5): - The location. The shower.
- Elisabeta (9/5): - Good.
- Dmytro (9/5): Sofa - Sofa is a screp

- Leonora (9/5): - We liked that we had plenty of space, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was also a big plus—it was close to many key locations, so most of the time we were able to walk to central areas instead of relying on transportation. This made getting around easy and allowed us to enjoy the area at a relaxed pace. The place was a bit cold but only sometimes as we didn't use the heating during the day, the central heating wasn't yet working but we are used to warmer apartments.
- Deborah (8/5): - Very cosy and comfy apartment perfect for a little getaway in Rome!
- Kriti (9/5): Comfortable and very convenient stay in Testaccio - It was a very well located property, ~15-30 mins to main attractions. The place was clean, artistic and had all facilities you would need. The couch was a bit uncomfortable, but that’s a tiny inconvenience in an otherwise amazing spot.
- Doeff (6/5): great location - great location and size shower stall tiny, sofa is actually a piece of trash, clothes washing machine would be good

- Jürgen (7/5): Bureaucratic check in! - Location is great, spacious apartment internet was very good Sofa was worn out and uncomfortable.
Check in procedure is horrible, takes you 2 hours online, it feels more like an online bank account than just checking in a hotel.
Bathroom and shower are extremely small.
- Deborah (9/5): Roman local life experience - The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Was great to be able to cook using fresh ingredients from local markets and stores. Room off bedroom to store luggage and bags was appreciated. Carefully curated artworks and furnishings all lovely. The area has great restaurants and piazzas to enjoy. Very close to the river, and we walked a lot into the city and Trastevere as well as used the local bus network (very easy). Highly recommended if you want to experience being a Roman “local” for a couple of weeks like we did.
- Simphiwe (9/5): Superb -
- Menin (7/5): Good location, clean, nice bed, a bit old facilities - Location was good, not a busy touristic area, but at the same time, many places around. Bus stop is near too. Easy access.
Place is cozy & nice, bed was comfortable too. Good space and kitchen area. It was clean.
Communication with host was smooth and easy. Self check-in with clear steps shared by the host plus other recommendations. Most of what you find inside is super old or not functioning well. AC is super noisy and outdated, the house gets cold after heating system switched off and there is no way to heat it except that, which is too loud. Fridge is too loud, water heater is noisy, coffee machine & water cattle are also old and rusty. The Sofa needs replacement, you literally feel the springs when sitting on it.
With the amount of money taken to rent this place, it's expected to have decent/new facilities, this would enhance the experience a lot.
Bathroom was fine, but it also needs a bit of a renovation for the walls and the shower.
- Matt (8/5): Very good -
