- Kgotso (5/5): - That the host communicated the absence of power (electricity in the area) It was hot during the day and there was no ventilation (windows cannot be opened) noticed that because there wasnt an option of using the fan to cool down. There was no toilet paper. There are cockroaches that creeped up in the dark
- Mathye (7/5): Good place to be in …you won’t regret - Closer to shops and transport accessible at all time and there is no noise. There is no Mop to clean the floor
- Simphiwe (4/5): Average - Stove was not working , wifi was not working and no water
- Simphiwe (7/5): The unit was good, and the TV was working well. However, the WiFi was not working, and the sheets were not properly clea - The unit was good, and the TV was working well. However, the WiFi was not working, and the sheets were not properly cleaned as they were a bit dusty. Overall, it was a good stay. WiFi was not working

- Grace (5/5): - The apartment is quite chic on the look and facilities. Lovely TV with vast channels. Good kitchen utensils and appliances. The sleeper couch is an added wise touch. Very suitable for self-catering comfort. Needs thorough cleaning and intense FUMIGATION. Dirty bedding makes belies good beds.

- Nomandla (8/5): - I liked the fact that the apartment I got into was exactly the same as the one advertised on Booking.com. So organised and clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. It was very disappointing to be accused of stealing an iron of which I did not even use it. I mean all the way from Cape Town to JHB to steal an iron. I was so disappointed. Even though the owner did not specifically state that I stole it, you could hear from his tone the time he was calling me.
I would suggest that the owner must ask the client to take pictures of his belongs before entering the room so he can be able to monitor his appliances.

- Phumzile (10/5): - The place peaceful and the internet was good
- Mbali (3/5): - The location is easier to find The mix up of the rooms and I think fumigation is needed, tv wasn't working

- Nkwanyana (1/5): - It is as in the pictures and very clean There was NO WATER & NO ELECTRICITY, we phoned Rodney and he advised there’s nothing he can do to help us. We had to look for a new accommodation ASAP😭we found a new accommodation at 22:00, we woke up in the next morning we requested the full refund from booking.com they approved it we are patiently waiting for a refund since they said it is gonna take 7-12 days
We did not use Rodney’s place due to outage of water and electricity
- Princess (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lesego (10/5): Weekend Away in the City ✨️ - We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The place was exactly as expected—cozy, warm, and welcoming. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains, which were perfect for dimming the bright sunlight in the mornings. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to access food and other essentials. Our host was amazing—very attentive, kind, and accommodating, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their willingness to assist with additional requests made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! There wasn’t much to dislike, but a few small improvements could enhance the experience. It would be great if fumigation was done during gaps between guest stays, as we noticed quite a few insects. The bathroom could also benefit from an extra shower curtain or another solution to prevent water from spilling onto the floor while showering. We ran low on toilet paper towards the end of our stay, and since we were checking out, it felt a bit inconvenient to ask for more. Lastly, with winter approaching, a small heater in the lounge area would be a nice touch, even though a blanket was provided.
- Ntuli (7/5): Good -
- Philah (9/5): Superb - Bed and TV Nothing
- Mtimkulu (9/5): Superb - Everything was good. I'd book again Window can't be opened and there was no fan or Aircon so it was hot.
- Salvador (10/5): Great experience honestly and I would book there often - Everything was clean and Rodney is a great host .

The securities are very kind and smile when greeting . The was no mop and scrap pot
Honestly I prefer washing the dishes before leaving so …
- Khunou (1/5): Bad experience - We where double booked with some couple we found them having sex in our room There was no water the place was unclean.
- Doreen (9/5): Perfect unit - i loved everything about this place. The unit was so clean and it was just too cozy.
The bathroom was super clean.Hot water for a shower and tub.the Kitchen was awesome with everything you need Nothing
- Solomon (9/5): Great stay - The place is good. Everything was within reach. Everything worked. It was as advertised. Great value for money. Please make a mop available. I spilled my drink, and ended up using the tissue and paper towels, which it didn't help because it won't remove the sticky stains on the surfaces
