Guest Reviews
- Linda (10/5): Relaxing - The Outlook was beautiful. It had plenty of room and heating and cooling and very relaxing place to say. In the second unit there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the bathroom got a bit steamy
- Churcher (10/5): See above - Beautifull surroundings. Great breakfast hamper and hosts. Great views. Accommodation is first class. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom facilities. Would have loved to have stayed longer. When next in Queensland we will make a special effort to stay again. Not a thing
- Lina (10/5): Nice, clean, cosy cottage with amazing views - Clean. Everything you need. The owners Antony were very accommodating, if we needed anything they were so happy to help. Would definitely return if we needed another cottage. Nothing we didn’t like about it. Everything was really good
- Angela (8/5): An enjoyable stay. - Accommodation was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the fruit, juice, bread yoghurt and milk provided in the breakfast hamper. The jams and little cookies were welcome.
Our grandchildren loved visiting the chickens with Antony. Thank you Linda & Antony for taking the time for them. We found the driveway to Wallaby awkward, not easy for an inexperienced driver.
The third bedroom in the annexe would not suit a family with young children.
- Belinda (10/5): Perfect, suited our families needs. - Amazing location. Woke to the sounds of birds singing. Awesome.
- Liann (10/5): Fabulous cottage/house in the perfect location for a relaxing getaway - The location, comfortable beds, breakfast hamper and Linda and Antony had thought of everything you may need. Nothing

- Fraser (10/5): - We loved everything about our stay. Linda and Antony were fabulous hosts. The property and scenery were fantastic. It was a great place to have a vacation with my parents. We would all be very happy to stay again. It was all we could ask for and so much more.
- Carla (10/5): Highly recommend, stunning location and beautiful accommodation. - We arrived after a long drive to find this beautiful villa nestled in the hills — the location was absolutely stunning. The property itself was spacious, well-equipped, and full of charm. The wood burner added a lovely touch of warmth and coziness, especially in the evenings.
Breakfasts were a delight, with fresh, locally sourced produce that really made our mornings special. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to rest after full days of exploring. The villa is in a great location, with easy access to both Australia Zoo and the charming town of Maleny.
We especially enjoyed a walk to Platypus Pond — and were lucky enough to spot one! A visit to Kondalilla Falls was another highlight; the scenery was breathtaking.
The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even baking us a loaf of bread at short notice — such a thoughtful gesture.
Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you for an excellent stay in your beautiful holiday home. We hope to return one day! Nothing really
The weather was particularly cold this year and the place felt chilly to start, but it soon warmed up as it had all of the facilities to make a warm cosy environment.
- Stacey (9/5): - On arrival received a hamper that stocked a lot of local produce and was amazing due to we had arrived in late that night, enough for breakfast the following morning. Rooms were spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. Only suggestion would be a full length mirror in the separate building attached to main house.
- Ruth (10/5): -
- Katherine (9/5): - Attention to detail and location
- Tory (9/5): Superb -
- Lyndon (10/5): Very comfortable surroundings - The three bedroom facility we had was like a home setting .. the master bedroom was separated by a court yard it was a very comfortable set up and pet friendly Nothing it was extremely comfortable
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wanderingfoodie (9/5): Superb - Great location, only minutes from Maleny town by car. The house was well appointed with all the mod cons like a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathrooms. The surroundings are quite peaceful and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast hamper they provided us was amazing! Minor observation. The second bathroom could do with more ventilation like an exhaust fan. As it tends to get quite muggy after a shower.
- Eugene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Belinda (9/5): Amazing we will be back . - We had an amazing stay. It was perfect accommodation, my parents had their own separate bedroom and en-suite. My dogs were taken care of with bowls, beds and blankets. Thank you
- Judith (10/5): Exceptional - It is a lovely, comfortable home, with a fabulous deck, overlooking beautiful trees. The sounds of the cockatoos on dusk and in the morning were a treat. It was so relaxing.
It was very well appointed accommodation, with plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and kitchenware. The breakfast hamper which was provided was great: bread, butter, jams, pastries, orange juice, eggs, cookies, fruit....just delicious.
We had a wonderful stay, and really appreciated that the property was pet friendly. Highly recommended.
- Fay (10/5): Awesome relaxing great property - Lovely property Linda and Antony were very helpful and made us feel very welcomed.
We loved the fresh home made bread and all the extras. My daughters and I had a lovely stay. Thank you Fay Nebe Nil
- Muzhi (10/5): Unforgettable experience. - Great view on the balcony. Fully renovated property with a nice granny flat. Family friendly and versatile.
