Egor (9/5): Отличная локация. Подходит для большой компании - В жизни апарты даже лучше, чем на фото. Чисто. Отличная локация и вид. Подходит для большой компании. Лифт часто не работал и приходилось подниматься пешком. Нам пришлось заплатить за поздний заезд. Рекомендую поднимать этот вопрос заранее с жильцом, чтобы не было непредвиденных трат
Paola (9/5): Bellissimo e spazioso appartamento in stile Vintage in zona centrale e tranquilla di Roma - Bellissimo e spazioso appartamento con balconata su cui affacciavano tutte le stanze, in stile Vintage anni 70, con arredamento studiato nei dettagli…..ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci torneremo con piacere, qualora tornassimo a Roma Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare le valigie in appartamento ben oltre l’orario di check-out….davvero gentilissimo l’host a venirci incontro! L’unico piccolo appunto da segnalare è l’acqua calda che scendeva con un po di lentezza dalle docce, cosa peraltro di cui l’host Paolo, disponibilissimo e che ci ha accolti di persona con tanta gentilezza, ci aveva già avvisato.

Linda (9/5): Totalupplevelsen var mycket bra! - Det fanns en del bra frukostkafeer i närheten. Att värden informerade på sin hemsida att det kostade 80 euro om man inte anlände mellan kl 14-17. Nu löste vi det med värden ändå, men om man informerar om det innan då slipper man irritation.

Rebecca (10/5): Excellent experience. Thank you! - It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. For those of us able to walk a mile or two, we did. It wasn’t in a busy location so it wasn’t loud outside. The host was amazing in replying to any communication and questions we had. The cafe downstairs has the best pizza from all the places we tried during our visit and gave us a place to hang out before check in time. It is on the 6th floor with a cool experience using an antique lift as the building is over 100 years old. The building was secure with a key at the street level and another key for the apartment door with heavy duty 4 cylinder dead bolt lock. If you are thick like me, the doorway is not very wide but it could be opened more if needed. We were able to fold a walker in to get another guest on the door. There are tv’s in all but one bedroom but we weren’t there to be entertained. WiFi was provided. The only down was the low water pressure in the shower but that could be subjective to what we are used to at home and not much the host can control in the building.

Sônia (10/5): This flat was a real gem in the old city center! - This flat was a real gem! It is a sunny apartment with a lovely view. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the comfortable living room. The vintage decor evoked the spirit of Rome for us! The location is perfect—within walking distance to all the main tourist spots. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean, with plenty of restaurants and places to enjoy. The owner’s friendly advice on where to go and what to eat was very helpful. Great tips! We really enjoyed our stay!
