Guest Reviews
- Moreira (1/5): Terrible, I couldn't find the address and the owner doesn't answer the phone. - I didn't like it, the service was terrible and difficult to find, I couldn't find it. I didn't like it, the service was terrible and difficult to find, I couldn't find it.
- Augustin (3/5): - Decent place besides the comment bellow. Loud conversation at 3 AM kept me up and couldn't sleep. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

- HELLO AFRIKA (3/5): Misleading information I booked specifically because I wanted parking but walked away with a £160 parking ticket - Nothing Nothing
- Angela (1/5): Terrible bathroom - Location The toilet was broken and smelled like pee. The shower drainage was broken and the bathroom was always floodedThe instructions to open the door of the room were wrong, another guest helped me to get in.
I wrote the owner and no response at all.
- Aidan (2/5): - The shower constantly leaked onto the floor, toilet seat was broken, black mould through the shower my was a sweat pit there was no air flow and smelt like cigarettes. Not to mention there are junkies running around the area as well and you have to be careful walking back at night.
- Kofi (9/5): Superb -

- Abdelrahman (9/5): Superb -
- Yuri (9/5): Great little find, safe and secure place to rest. Travel via the Bakerloo or NorthernLine is a three minute walk away, a - Close to transport hubs for onward travel into central London.
Clean and safe room in a shared apartment. Separate kitchen, toilet and shower room. Free WiFi. Nothing
- N. (1/5): Overpriced ghetto hood shack owned by people with no respect for the people that pay to stay there. - I was not given access to this property and I was left outside with no way to rest my head. My money was STOLEN and I had to rebook with TRIP.com to sleep somewhere else for the night. The owner is a crook, they ignored calls and steal clients money without giving them access onto the building.
The property is shabby and is the heart of the ghetto.

- Wella (10/5): Exceptional -
- Orlane (8/5): Confortable room for a very good price - The room was very clean. Nothing
- Luuke (8/5): Very good -
- Alisa (5/5): Comfy but very cold - Place was nicly located, for all near sight seeing. There was kitchen so we could cook our food, but for the first few days stove didn't work.
But afterall place was nice and very comfy and soft blankets. There was so cold so all family got sick after day one. All windows were open in bathroom, toilet were it should be warm.
Third person didn't get bedding stuff only on second day.
Near to floor bed was so many chopped finger nails which was little bit gross...
Wifi code was given but didn't work in our room only worked in kitchen or toilet. But we couldn't stay in this places for long because there was cold and floors were cold too.
- Anne-louise (9/5): Superb - Loved the location for the purpose of my trip..close to my daughter's uni.
Lovely big shower.
- Reinis (7/5): A good option for a budget stay in central London - Good value for the location. walking distance from top tourist spots in central London. Clean and warm rooms. Good communication through messages. Very small WC and bathroom shared with other guests. Not great noise insulation between rooms.
- Muzadded (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hake (1/5): Bad -
- Navjit (3/5): Poor -
- Taisei (1/5): I couldn't use the bed, but it was good to be able to sleep on a very hard chair. - Cheap There are bed bugs.
I told the administrator about this problem, but they didn't respond.
- Edward (7/5): Ok - Good location The code didn’t always work and struggled to enter the property.
- Eleanor (6/5): I wouldn’t say this was value for money, the property is cheap for London but I don’t feel that it should mean you can’t - The instructions were clear and communication was good The property was not clean and was run down. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days and the towel I was given was stained. I didn’t feel safe due to the broken locks on the door.
- Liv (2/5): Worst part about my weekend was coming back here. I would spend a little extra in the future for somewhere with higher r - Good location and low price compared to most other places. Toilet sink was clogged up, pillow mattress and blanket very poor condition which explains my terrible night sleep. Looked like some mould was growing, probably what caused the condensation although windows were open all night. The whole place needs some repainting and looking after. Very cramped conditions the owner would be better off making it one decent sized flat but he is trying to make more money by cramming the place full obviously. Unhelpful when message with problems.
- Terry (1/5): WOKEN UP @5am by others at the end of my bed!! - The location Lots of banging from front door as it jams. Then I was woken at 5 am with two drunk people at the end of my bed telling me I was in there room. Response from staff was they arrived a day early… but to issue the room codes so early is very strange and dangerous
- Paul (1/5): Shocking - Nothing - I wasn't able to stay because there were no front door keys as stated in the room on entry An ex-council flat on a back street estate isn't my idea of a good location
- Anoop (1/5): Bad - I could not find place! No proper guidance in the booking about directors, the support came after I took another booking.
- Babajide (6/5): Pleasant -
- Abu-bonsrah (8/5): Very good -
- Miglena (10/5): Exceptional - Yes
- Blessy (7/5): Good -
- Rajesh (2/5): Poor. - Location was convenient for my purposes. My first AirBNB.
Basic in the extreme.
Cheap bed, poor mattress. Didn’t sleep well.
Ex-council flat, so not at all luxurious.
Would have been OK at £30, not £80.
- Ian (2/5): Terrible, unable to sleep and function. - Location is nice, close to the metro. The living conditions were terrible! We were unable to have any decent sleep for the whole stay. Mattress being so thin and old all you could feel were springs! The worst bed I ever “slept” on. Also be prepared to be woken up every 5 minutes from other roommates because the doors are so old and stiff you have to push hard and loud to close them. And if you are a tall men or bigger size you wont fit into the toilet.
- Anju (7/5): Good -
- Sahill (1/5): Bad -
- Emmylou (1/5): Just awful. - I couldn’t get in the property as the key that should have been left me me was INSIDE my flat. No one answered the door or number. Luckily another guest let me in the front door. It’s a tiny flat. The toilet lock was broken.
- 柔妤 (8/5): Very good - The place is clean and the bed is really soft. The light is a little bit dark.
- Ruby (5/5): Passable - host was very helpful with instructions-was an easy check in-able to self check in which is very handy. close to station room didn’t have proper curtains and there was a street light right by the window so hardly slept as room was so bright. due to self check in people came in at 10:30 at night and we very loud talking and moving around apartment. door could have a lock chain to feel more secure.
