• Eiso (2/5): 期待はずれ - 静かだった スタッフが連絡した時間に来なかったし、ましてや入口がわからない（何も記載なし） はじめに、シャワーや水道から温水が出ないのでかなりこまった。 入り口までのセキュリティはほとんどなく、あまり安全ではない

• ROBERTO (9/5): - Gentilezza, disponibilità e puntualità di Marta. La posizione e la completezza degli accessori (phone, kit sanitario, ferro da stiro et similia). La presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie (che io non ho usato ma molto utili per famiglie, soprattutto nel caso di soggiorni prolungati). L'assenza delle cialde per il caffè; la temperatura dell'acqua della doccia non calda al punto giusto. Il costo è alto ma in linea col mercato impazzito da qualche anno a questa parte (forse ha anche inciso il periodo di Pasqua).
• Beatrice (8/5): Un’appartamento grazioso e strategico per soggiornare a Roma, per la nostra esperienza lo consigliamo - L’appartamento è situato in una zona centralissima. All’interno dispone di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di più giorni a Roma (noi siamo rimasti una settimana). La cucina seppur piccolina è dotata di tutto: lavastoviglie, microonde, piano a induzione e frigorifero, inoltre è presente anche la lavatrice. Il bagno è di dimensioni generose e nel complesso l’arredamento rende lo spazio ancora più accogliente. L’unico “difetto” che posso citare riguarda la temperatura della doccia che a noi è risultata tiepida rispetto a quella di tutti gli altri rubinetti in casa (nonostante i suggerimenti della nostra host per regolare il miscelatore) ma nulla di tragico insomma.
• Ramos (1/5): Terrible the facilities were a disaster... do not use them again... - We never use the apartment because:i(1) the entrance was behind buildings and a strange parking ally(2) we can not go up stairs and it was a second floor with 15 marble round and round stairs(3) they do not have apts in groun floor4) they did not atend our needs and cancel the service because they did not have other available adecuate facilities for us.. No elevator and we ask for grown floor or elevator.. They left us in the street with no place to go.. We wrote to Book .com requiring : refund /credit for services not used...Careful with such terrible facilities.. We have previously used Book.com and the facilities were very good... Nothing was good as I said in the above statement..

• Yvonne (10/5): Highly recommended - Excellent location, helpful check-in. Everything you need for self catering from a washing machine to dishwasher. Close to coffee shops and restaurants and walking distance to the Vatican and hop-on bus stop. Not a single thing I can mention
• Michele j (10/5): - This apartment is so lovely. Very clean, great space. Comfortable bed. Everything you need in a great location. Marta was so friendly and helpful. Several great restaurants nearby as well as the train station.
• Maesfranckx (9/5): Oase van rust in gezellige buurt vlakbij Sint-Pieter. - De flat ligt wat achterin waardoor je geen enkel lawaai van het drukke verkeer hoort. Het uitzicht op een binnenplein neem je er graag bij. Toch zijn er winkels en restaurants vlakbij en het Sint-Pietersplein en station San Pietro liggen op 10 minuten lopen. Heel nette en moderne flat met uitstekend bed. Er is geen metrostation in de buurt. Bussen rijden wel heel regelmatig maar zitten soms overvol of raken vast in het verkeer.
• SUSAN (4/5): disappointed and left 2 weeks early due to being sick and too hard to navigate - Location close to attractions I asked prior to booking for no stairs due to disability. And was told no it was first floor There were steep stairs to apartment and a step inside to go into bathroom which quite a few falls. Pictures attached injury is my arm
• Maksym (10/5): В общем, впечатление хорошее. Всем рекомендую к проживанию. Фото соответствуют действительности - Близость к Ватикану, площади и собору Святого Петра, пешая доступность к замку Св. Ангела. Апартаменты на тихой улочке с кафешками и сувенирными магазинами. Хорошая транспортная развязка. Приятным бонусом было обнаружить на кухне кофе, сахар и оливковое масло. Спасибо большое! Сами апартаменты, постель и сан. узел очень чистые. Это очень приятно!!! Все самое необходимое, хоть и небольшое, но все действительно есть (небольшой холодильник, посудомойка, микроволновка, кофеварка, чайник, варочная поверхность, утюг, гладильная доска, фен, кухонные принадлежности...) - супер!!! 1. Как по мне, апартаменты темноваты. Заходя в комнату даже днем хочется включить все осветительные приборы, которые там есть, но все равно этого не хватает. Особенно днем хочется дневного света. Поэтому можно вкрутить более мощные лампочки. 2. Мало столовых приборов (всего 3 вилки). Поэтому после каждого приема пищи необходимо было либо включать посудомойку либо отдельно мыть вилки. В общем, помнить о том, что их не хватает. Так, что можно добавить вилки и среднюю кастрюльку. 3. В душе какой-то разбавленный шампунь, который совершенно не пенился. Надо было вылить пол банки, чтоб нормально намылиться. 4. Отсутствие зубной пасты. Надеюсь небольшие замечания и пожелания по кухне и ванной хозяева учтут.

• James (9/5): Great - Good location and relatively close to transport. Very clean and all we needed from an apartment. The less than 10 rating is not due to any flaw with the property itself, which was perfect. If you are just Vatican centric, comfortable with the bus/taxi, or love long walks it’s great. Needs an extra clean blanket. The bedding was minimal and the storage blanket was dirty and without a cover. My daughter likes a cold room and so I needed to wear a sweatshirt to bed. Local restaurants are ok but not great, very tourist centric which is expected so close to the Vatican.

• Des (9/5): The studio apartment is - The self contained studio is well presented, bright with modern furniture and kitchen facilities. Located 10 minutes walk to St. Peter Basilica, and close to many other attractions. Situated close to local shops, restaurants and a super market. This accommodation is definitely recommended. No obvious signs from the courtyard where the property is located.
