• Derek (10/5): - The room and house are amazing. I feel very safe within the gated community. Kate is awesome and very helpful. It's not the nicest neighborhood, but it's very central and close to Cumming station. I could be a little picky and say that there's not that many restaurants and cafés around compared to other cities.

• Natalie (10/5): Excellent stay at this air b n b ! - Only 2.5ks to walk to Plaza de Armas. Gated area where the room was so extra security. Had everything one needed. Owner Katherine very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and also alerted me to an event at the Plaza on my last day. Also allowed me to stay on till my Uber arrived for a small fee, so check out was 9pm, not 12 Noon. Very generous. Highly recommended
• Bruna (10/5): Confortável e bem localizado! - Fui muito bem recebida pela Katherine! Ela é uma pessoa maravilhosa e vai fazer de tudo pra você se sentir em casa. O quarto é muito confortável, limpo e com estrutura. A localização é ótima, com facilidade pra pegar o metrô. Está ao lado de restaurantes referenciados, que os guias dos tours me indicaram visitar, como o incrível Ocean Pacific’s. Recomendo!

• Guest (3/5): Poor - The owner was nice but the rest was extremely average. It just felt Awkward, the neighbour is a dump. 4 different people stopped us in the street, telling us not to walk around the neighbourhood. That its extremely dangerous. The bed was extremely average and so were the pillows.

• luz del alba (10/5): De lo mejor del mundo en hospedaje. - Todo: La anfitriona me resolvió todas mis necesidades, hasta demás. No pude hacer transferencia y me acepto en efectivo. La habitación impecable, cubre todas las necesidades, Kate penso en todo los detalles para tener una estadía increíble. La mesita dentro de la habitación un gran atino, con dos sillitas. La habitación cuenta con calefacción, frigobar mueble con jarra eléctrica para tu café o té ( q ahí hay), azúcar, servilletas, vasos, tazas y hasta 2 copas para vino. La cama super cómoda y elegante. El baño super amplio y moderno, con toallas y accesorios de aseo personal. Kate me presto hasta su tarjeta de Transporte para moverme en la ciudad. Uno de los mejores hospedajes de todos mis viajes. Impecable. La zona segura y agradable, el bus de transporte publico q te lleva a Plaza de Armas a solo a 1 cuadra y media. Regresaría siempre. Todo me GUSTÓ

• Martin (10/5): A Great Place to Stay! - I had a great stay at Kate's place. She is a lovely host! The room was nice and I appreciated the kettle, tea, coffee and Netflix! Barrio Yungay is a quiet part of the city with some good restaurants nearby. Plaza de Armas and the city centre is about a 30 minute walk away, or about 5 minutes by the subway. Get a BIP card, it is an easy and cheap way to get around the city.
• Kelly (10/5): Perfecto! - This place was so perfect I ended up booking an extra night. It was in a gated community of row houses that made you feel extremely safe. quite and exceptionally clean. The host is amazing. Although we don't speak the same language we were able to communicate with Google translate. She was so helpful at helping me around, finding new restaurants and using the metro. Highly recommend!
• Rodney (10/5): Cozy bedroom with private bath in a culture rich neighborhood near subway, restaurants and more. - The host was very accommodating. She provided recommendations for a couple of Italian restaurants and the food was excellent. The home is beautifully designed by her and very peaceful. There are kids playing outside during the day but did not have any negative effect on my sleep or remote work schedule. Everything in the room and attached private bathroom was very comfortable and efficiently placed. She was able to source a 5gal/ 20 liter bottle water that lasted about 20 days of my visit. That was a good price. She offers a paid shuttle service to the airport and this was less expensive then the ride share apps.
• Christopher (10/5): Excellent property, very comfortable, great host! - The owner, Kate, has a great sense of style and the room is immaculately furnished. Very comfortable bed and in a quiet area. Kate is a helpful host and she improve my trip a lot by giving me information about the area.
• Anna (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, lovely host and very comfortable bed, room has some tea and coffee and is spacious enough The shower was warm but not really hot and the heater made the whole room smell like gas, so Id keep that in mind if you re booking in winter
• Aijana (10/5): Exceptional - This was one of the most beautiful and clean places right in the historic building. Loved it. Katy was super responsive and helpful as well It was a bit cold as I visited in winter time so it might not always be applicable. Katy gave me the heating device though but it had quite strong smell of gas.
