• Natasha (8/5): It was a lovely and comfortable stay. - Host was excellent!! Very responsive and accommodating. Gracious. Location is walkable, kitchen was well equipped. It was clean, well prepared. They even have coffee beans and a coffee grinder!! Spices in the cupboard!! Linens were high end and the beds were very comfortable. The price per night is good value, compared to other similar properties however the fees and taxes minimize that value substantially. That being said, it seems that booking.com is the issue as they do not prepare you for an almost double the nightly rate! The balcony opens to view a bit of open space. See the fabulous kitchen ware for us to make a charcuterie board!! Nothing really but if I have to complain: the amenities are in a separate building - really not worth paying attention to!!!

• Jacqui (10/5): Beautifully-appointed, classy, spotless, comfortable condo that exceeded our expectations! - Communication with our hosts was exceptional and the check-in instructions were very clear. I was really impressed that Donna messaged us an hour or so after check-in to see if we needed anything. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, welcoming and clean, allowing us to feel at-home straight away. The beds were extremely comfortable and we also appreciated the washing machine and dryer, with complimentary liquid. High quality fittings and appliances in the kitchen meant we had everything we needed to cook and relax after busy days sightseeing. It was a short walk to the local shops and an easy 20 minute drive to Banff. We enjoyed the pool facilities too. We loved everything, but just be aware that the underground parking area has a narrow entry. It wasn’t a problem for our RAV4, but if you have a truck, it may be a tight squeeze!

Well stocked unit and spacious for four adults We had a bit of trouble with the TVs in the unit, and we think it was the internet connection. Master bathroom tub was not draining well.

Host should be prepared for summer not only focused winter only. Was there with small kids too warm inside. AC is must for this location. Taps very old not working properly.

When the hosts told me there was cozy robes. I said we both loveca cozy robe. We'll after 4 days and nights this whole place felt like a cozy robe. The hosts are super available with any you need. 5 star all the way without the hotel hassels. Nothing
