• Ananthnag (5/5): Disappointed with the service and the stay at this place - The location Everything is almost broken and the bathroom didn’t even have shampoo or hand soap. The bed frames are very weak in both the bedrooms and feels very scary to sleep on them. They sound like they can break at any moment.

• Danielle (5/5): - La proximité des activités que j’avais planifiées. Maison avec un certain charme mais qui a besoin de beaucoup d’amour. La literie était propre c’est le côté positif mais normal quand on loue une maison. Il y avait de la vaisselle sur le comptoir, pas de linge de vaisselle, pas de torchon pour nettoyer les éviers, etc. Vaisselle désuète ainsi que les chaudrons. Four très sale. J’étais contente que nous prenions seulement nos déjeuners sur place. Dommage!!!

• Ahcene (8/5): Séjour a Lévis - L'endroit est idéalement situé et spacieux Propre et calme La thermopompe qui part souvent avec un bruit quand même fort,disons ça réveille pas mal pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger comme moi. Sinon c'est parfait comme endroit.

• McPhee (6/5): House has character but lacks care. - We liked the ease to locate and having access to the whole house. I liked the authenticity of the old house. It could use a little more care put into guest experience as a whole. Dishes were chipped, mugs stained, taps loose and leaking, plumbing needs work. Touch ups In the bathtub and on walls highly noticeable. Its an old house with character but lacks the care it needs. Not suitable for anyone with accessibility issues, starting with the entry. The bedrooms could use lamps. Definitely not up to standards for a short term accommodation.
• Wojciech (1/5): We would not recommend this place-unless someone wants to expierence a Halloween horror atmosphere. - We left the rented hous after one night, although we had booked for eight , because was very dirty ! The kitchen was grimy, unsanitary, with old, uncleaned cabintes and drawers, we even saw cockroaches. Dirty windows (with dead flies), moldy showers , worn towels and poor heating system ,even the outside area was untidy and not maintained. In addition , the owner was impolite and unhelpful. The whole place needs renovation before being rented. Very dissapointing-we do not recommend it.

• Taťka Honza (4/5): - Parkování Opravdu by si dům zasloužil rekonstrukci a důkladný úklid. Slibovaný gril byl v naprostém nepořádku v nepřístupné zahradě pokud se to dá nazvat zahradou. Špína,pavučiny, naprosto nevyhovující elektrické rozvody a velmi hlučnostné asi vytápění. Kdyby nebylo již zaplaceno,určitě bych zvolil jiné ubytování.

• Lori (5/5): Inside was quaint, but the outside needs a major makeover. - I kept thinking this house was a gem at one time. I liked the stair cases. The outside of the house needs major work.
• Imran (8/5): Very good - Liked the cozy home environment. One of the neighbours (across the road) yelled at my family (didn't understand what they said and why). We figured that they were shouting at us because of our skin colour or race. It was scary especially for my wife (who is a newcomer). I don't think the homeowner could do anything about it. It was all good at the house.

• Janice (8/5): Review - The kitchen utensils are available, a plus factor. It's pretty close to downtown, groceries and gas stations. We also like the exclusivity of the place. The staff is responsive too The beds, pillows, blinds and lighting need to be upgraded. The lights were flickering even if they were turned off at night before bedtime - my kids freaked out of it.

The host was incredibly welcoming and make sure we had everything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. The rooms are a little bit scary with the closets in the bedrooms. The wooden strip above one of the bedroom doors fell down, which gave me a bit of a scare.

This has lots of potential but requires a lot of upgrades. There were no recycling bins for us to use.

Plenty of space inside for us, we found it very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. The street was surprisingly noisy during the evening.

• Catherine (8/5): The house was perfect for what we needed. Great price for what you get. We would stay here again :) - The house is very functional, as described. The two rooms are quite big. In a quiet neighborhood near to Quebec. It was very hot inside the house, and the only way to cool it down a bit was to turn off the heat completely, but the host was very quick to respond about it.

• Megan (10/5): Cozy, great location, great price. - This place is such great value, it is a bit dated but to have a 2 bedroom spacious home, with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and private driveway, all to yourself in a great location, it is an unbeatable price. The house is located in a quiet, cute, neighborhood and it is so easy to get to from the highway. 10/10 would recommend. Would have been nice to have more coffee and perhaps some cream or milk available. Some basic cooking items like olive oil on hand would also be helpful.

• Blaine (9/5): Great Value in a Wonderful Location - This was a fantastic location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything that we needed was at our disposal. Clean shower and a lovely bathtub, washer and dryer, clean bed linens and a comfortable bed. Lots of room and a wonderful wraparound front porch. Thanks again to our friendly, helpful host, Lou Lou There was nothing I didn't like about this accommodation however I could see if somebody was used to staying in high-end accommodations with everything super well organized they may find that the laid back atmosphere of this house was not to their taste. They could spend an extra hundred or $150 and stay in something nicer. It was a great value for the money
