• Steve (8/5): Perfect proximity to all there is to see and do in Yamba - Excellent proximity to beach, restaurants, town, all walking distance. Comfy beds and nice linen. Great unit, comfortable stay for 4 adults and two kiddies. Great amenities and fit out, modern. Gorgeous handmade pottery gift left by management was such a lovely gesture and very treasured . The pacific hotel (local pub) across the road on Friday and Saturday is a great night spot so be prepared to hear everyone having a great time till early hours of the morning lol. Tbh we didn't mind as the music was great. Keep your showers short and quick as only a small hot water cylinder under the kitchen sink. Admittedly there was 6 of us so it coped quiet well.
• Glenys (8/5): 3 girlfriends had a lovely relaxing stay in the well-appointed 3-bedroom apartment, - Location was excellent for restaurants, cafes and the beach. You had a choice of Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Asian Fusian and top quality meals at the Pacific Hotel. A choice of small cafes very close and well patronised. A bit noisy so close to the hotel late into the evening but it didn't bother us too much. It was high 20's so we couldn't sit out on the balcony that faced the west which was a shame.

• Suzanne (9/5): Perfect, will be back! - We loved the location, parked the car on arrival and generally walked everywhere. A little noisy late night but we expected that being so close to the hotel. The food at nearby restaurants and hotel was amazing. Parking the car was a bit too tight so we parked on the street.
• Peta (8/5): No car needed for a pub meal, breakfast or coffee, nor for a morning on the beach - It provided everything you need down to the smallest details; The personal care items, utensils, extra toilet paper, salt n pepper, as examples. The property is thoughtfully prepared for its guests. It is also very tastefully decorated. The pillows on the bed delivered poor sleep and a stiff neck.
• Jewels (1/5): Will stay B&B's more welcoming and make you feel like you are the guest without all the middle men - 3 bedroom, nice breeze, nice decor, ramp access to street on pub side (though 5ft drop off into a hole one side of ramp) near beach, lighthouse A hassle to book via Bookings.com, more emails to interact property managers OceanStays, then list of info for access, then list rules , then sent app fill form ID check - its never ending. Feel like a business deal than a guest. Then the biggest insult of all requesting we take out the rubbish and put dishwasher on - hang on a minutes $290 of the accommodation fee was for cleaning - we are on holidays and paying a high nightly fee to not have to do this. They require a $500 hold on credit card which I missed reading (so much to read) I was about to cancel and ended up discussing it with Oceanstays and they said would agree to waive the hold in this instance as we are aged pensioners - though on arrival they went against there word and put a $500 hold on our card, it was now to late to cancel - very dishonest. So we basically had to replan our whole holiday and missed out on a lot that we had planned to do. It's accommodation for 20-30yr olds that go to the pub across the road or restraurants opposite side of accommodation - very noisy, need close all windows, bedroom & all doors. Need be fit very hilly area. No parking - and with Hotel one side and restraurant other - no parking. Probably the worst aspect was the unit is above a medical imaging clinic and I am not sure if the clinic has been set up Health and Safety with steel line roof/ie floor of unit to cancel if any radiation effect or other? I didn't notice the clinic until day three of our stay - feeling unwell by the day. Stay was 4 nights and we both felt unwell during this time - it has taken 4 days at home and starting to feel better now. Had extreme fatigue. We usually use b&bs - are greeted by lovely genuine down to earth host, pay on arrival, cooked Breakfasts, host interaction - where to go,eat, things to do - always very pleasant

• Bruce (7/5): Enjoyable despite the disturbed sleep. Excellent Indian and Thai restaurants in easy walking distanc - Internal fitout was good with plenty of space. Location was directly opposite pub and restaurants. Would suit guests that like the noise of inner city living.
• Wendy (9/5): Very relaxing and the perfect spot with pub across the road and resturants and coffee shop near by - The location is perfect, the decor of the apartment is impeccable, very comfortable, a most enjoyable stay Plastic glasses could have helped especially if wanting to go on a picnic or sit in the park opposite to enjoy the magical view

• Emily (10/5): Wish this was home - Beautifully curated apartment. Close to everything, cosy beds, across from the beach. Very welcoming and responsive host. Three people showering one after the other didn’t leave much hot water but was manageable.
