- Karin (3/5): Die Leistung und der Preis passen nicht zusammen - Bereits im Eingang wird man von Kartons und gestapelten Möbeln empfangen. Wenig einladend! Spinnenweben und Staub im gesamten Appartement. In der Küche hat es nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gemüffelt. Duschen ist ein Wechselbad und damit leider auch nicht so ganz unproblematisch. Entweder Kalt oder kochend heiß. Schade, wir haben uns auf ein Freundinnenwochenende gefreut. Leider war die Wohnung sehr unschön
- Robert (3/5): nie wieder - Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt, das wars dann aber schon Angefangen vom vollen Aschenbecher im Treppenhaus, Lagerfläche neben der Eingangstüre, unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung Zigaretten?? nüchtern eingerichtet, Wassertemperatur in der Dusche nicht gleichbleibend, leere Alkohol im Küchenschrank, 1 Rohlo im Wohmzimmer defekt usw. Fazit: die positiven Bewertung vom den Vorgängern sind auf keiner Weise nachvollzehbar
