• Pat (9/5): - Superb location for transport/attractions/food. Wifi, bed, bath, balcony, view, neighborhood all great. Spacious esp. for London & nice decor. Awkward kitchen layout, poor drying function in washing machine. No holder for toilet roll -a small thing that could be easily fixed. A small UHT milk would have been nice for a hot drink on arrival. Note, we didn't use oven, dishwasher or shower. But we would stay again as long as we could afford it!
• P.K. (9/5): Geweldig - Locatie, grootte van het appartement en de netheid Enige tip is of een extra bed ipv slaapbank of meer comfortabele slaapbank. Nu lag je in de lengte in ‘een gleuf’ en in de breedte te kort voor volwassenen.

• Ralph (8/5): Großzügiges Appartment in toller Lage! - Die Lage zum Paddington Bahnhof und die Nähe zum Hyde Park. Tolle Gegend und man wohnt zentral. Zwei Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Betten sind sehr weich und recht schmal . Fernseher lief nicht , aber Netflix und Co schon. War aber sowieso beim Städtetrip keine Zeit zum Fernsehen :)

• Sanna (8/5): - Great location nearby Paddington station. A modern and well taken care of apartment. Kitchen is very good equipped. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday and didn't miss anything. Washing machine is nice to have if you like to travel light. If you sleep in the living room the noise from outside is quite loud. No lift (we were aware of this when booking). Only one kitchen towel. The vacuum cleaner didn't work so we couldn't really clean during our stay.

Very close to Paddington tube and train station which is a major hub making it very easy to travel. Lovely walk through Hyde Park to museums and Harrods. Excellent option for a family - with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen included full height fridge and washing machine was also a dryer. Smart TV meant we could watch our own Netflix account. There was a water issue in one of the bathrooms on our arrival however this was fixed and cleaned extremely quickly. We also found the beds quite firm. The property manager was more than happy to help and responded quickly with mattress toppers and additional pillow options. The property was very clean, modern, and attractive. Would absolutely stay here again. A couple of small additions would make this property a 10/10. Some coat hooks at the front entry and some folding luggage racks to place open suitcases on would have been very helpful. I also think the bedrooms could easily accommodate queen beds as there’s enough room. This would improve comfort when bed sharing, especially for taller people.

• Victoria (9/5): A lovely, well managed apartment close to Hyde Park and public transport. - We were in apartment #5, a clean, cosy, well appointed apartment, a perfect base for our family for our week in London in January. The property managers were super responsive and helpful when we needed to contact them. I had booked this apartment reassured by reviews left by others and it really did not disappoint. Plenty of public transport options nearby and Waitrose supermarket in walking distance. We had no complaints, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. This is very subjective but be aware the kitchen cupboards are very high. I was lucky to have tall people with me who could reach beyond the first shelf!

• Harald Bewertungen (9/5): Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung, schmales Bett am Hyde Park - Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war perfekt, gleich 2 U-Bahn Stationen Paddington und Lancaster Gate sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung lag im 2. Stock, gutes Training die Treppe hoch. Die Ausstattung war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt, man konnte selbst kochen. Supermarkt Sainsburys in Paddington Station 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr ruhige Gegend im Januar. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war über booking.com, man hat stets eine schnelle und kompetente Antwort erhalten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Eigentlich sollte man sich im Urlaub wohlfühlen, auch nachts. Aber zu zweit in einem solchen schmalen Bett mit auch nur einer Bettdecke ist eigentlich nur für Kinder, für frisch Verliebte oder einer Person geeignet. Zumindest die Matratze war gut! Es wäre ausreichend Platz gewesen für ein sehr viel breiteres Bett oder gar 2 Betten. Diese schmalen Betten sind einfach eine Unsitte.

• Frank (8/5): Tolle Wohnung für einen Städte Urlaub und nahe am Zentrum. - Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung in der Küche und alles sehr sauber. Sehr grosse Wohnung im EG und nahe am Hyde Park Wohnung im EG. Daher laut und vor allem morgens und abends hörte man jedes Geräusch wenn die Haustüre ins Schloss gefallen ist. Auch jeden Ton aus dem Hausflur konnte man hören. In Summe sehr hellhörig.

The WiFi was absoulutely horrible. I was unable to work efficiently and many times just was not able too. This was quite unfortunate, as I'm a contract worker and I basically lost money, as I was unable to bill for hours worked, due to the wifi being so unstable. They really should strengthen the wifi. I would not book here again. I also didn't like that it was 5 floors up and was not aware that was a possibility. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages un peu avant l’heure prévue lors de notre arrivée, ce qui nous a facilité notre première journée à Londres. Nous avons constaté que la vaisselle était sale,nous avons dû laver les verres avant de les utiliser. La table de la salle à manger en verre était très sale, et le canapé n’est pas très propre … les photos sur booking sont un peu trompeuses, je m’attendais à retrouver une ambiance chaleureuse comme celle présentée sur les photos du site mais elles ne reflètent pas totalement la réalité…

• Sakhr (9/5): They’ve set the bar high for our next vacation. - Honestly, I was really impressed with this property and how well it was maintained. We spent 8 days here, and every single day I thought to myself that choosing this place over a hotel was absolutely the right decision. It is very spacious, especially by European standards, and it includes every household appliance you might need for daily life. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer inside the flat made it even more convenient. The staff managing the apartment were also excellent, very responsive and always quick to reply through the booking app. They even offered a complimentary cleaning service since we were staying for more than a week. We did not take them up on it, but the gesture was definitely appreciated. The location was another big plus, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, a grocery market, and public transport options nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a stay in the area. The flat is on the third floor with no lift, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. The beds are also on the smaller side. It worked fine for us, but it might be a bit uncomfortable for taller or larger guests.
• Katja (10/5): Super schönes Apartment - Die Lage ist super, 3min. zur Paddington Station wo man alles erreichen kann! Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön gewählt, wir waren 2 Muttis und 2 Mädels im Alter von 9 Jahren. Dafür war es echt perfekt, jeder hatte sein Zimmer + Bad was richtig gut war. In Deutschland sucht man solche Appartements manchmal vergebens. Es war alles so wie es beschrieben war ! Richtig, richtig toll ! Matratzen sind für uns perfekt gewesen (etwas härter und nicht durchgelegen) wir hatten das Apartment unten, was im Dunkeln bei Ankunft erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig war aber dann überrascht es einen komplett. Da gibt es nichts ! Das einzige sind die Decken , es gibt nur eine große... Für unsere paar Tage hat es nichts ausgemacht. Aber das zähle ich nicht ins negative rein.

• Jennifer (8/5): Other than the issues above, the flat was fine. - it was very close to Paddington Station which was great for our travel needs outside of London. It was a spacious flat and recently updated. We were given one towel each for a five day stay, that is not appropriate and there were no supplies (paper towels, tissues, etc.). The one roll of toilet paper there was like using copier paper. It was terrible. And you could hear kids running above us and up at 5 am. That was rough. No lift as well, had to carry heavy suitcases up about 40 steps.

• Thiago (7/5): Bom custo benefício - Localização muito boa com lojas de souvenir, mercados, padarias, restaurantes e conveniências há pouquíssimos passos de distância (não mais do que 100mts). Apartamento com uma cozinha extremamente bem equipada com tudo que se precisa. Equipe de administração responde super rápido aos questionamentos e deixam um guia completo do apartamento disponível impresso na sala de jantar para que você saiba como tudo funciona. Internet com boa conexão. As fotos mostram apartamentos distintos, sendo que o que nos hospedamos, ficava no subsolo, então dava pra escutar as passadas dos hóspedes no andar de cima, fique atento a qual apartamento está reservando! As camas apesar de serem de casal, são pequenas, um casal grande (homem acima de 1,80 e mulher acima de 1,70) ja passa apertos! Chuveiro com proteção em apenas uma parte do box, fazendo com que molhe muito ao redor, além do chuveiro ter pouca pressão de água. Outro ponto relevante é que o apartamento não possui ar-condicionado, apenas calefação, e tão se você for no verão e pegar tempo abafado, passará dificuldade. Por ser um apartamento, sentimos falta d é uma vassoura e produtos de limpeza para dar uma ajeitada na casa após um certo tempo.

• Keri (8/5): Great options for family/group vacations in London - Great location, spacious, nicely updated. We had a great stay here with our family of four. Everyone had their own space to sleep and having two bathrooms was great. You can’t beat the location - just a couple minutes to walk to Paddington or a bus line, Hyde Park is so close. Lack of charging for phones at bedside, hard mattresses.

• Lynne (9/5): Loved our stay in the apartment - would definitely come back again. Thank you x - We were attending a concert at Hyde Park - the location was ideal, a 10 minute walk away. We were also a short walk from Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate underground. The property was fantastic; we were in the lower ground apartment. Lots of space and natural light. It was lovely having an enclosed courtyard leading out from the patio doors in both bedrooms. The weather was extremely hot and we could leave the patio doors open at night. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. I contacted the hosts on a few occasions before we arrived and always got a quick response. There was only one bath and hand towel per person; I messaged the hosts to ask for more and they arrived immediately with spares. We loved our stay here and would definitely return. Not a complaint, but it would have been useful to have a wardrobe or hanging rail in the second bedroom.
• Nayan (8/5): Great location and suitable for families - Great location, spacious, everything we needed facilities wise and easy access to Paddington station. Beds were too soft for our liking and rooms were too hot and hard to cool down with the provided fans.

• Nicole (8/5): Very good - Great location and facilities around. Not quite as per the pictures so I would suggest checking which apartment you receive. Bedrooms were tight and beds extremely soft.

• Marianne (9/5): Very clean and well stocked apartment. I would come back for the great location. - Excellent location, close to Paddington station so a direct train ride from Heathrow. Lots of restaurants nearby. Street at night was a little noisy for the front room/sofa bed.
• Patricia (7/5): Looks better in photos than in real life but location is great - The location was convenient for going around the city The bathroom was honestly grimy, the tub had black mold, tile grout was missing in some areas. The foam bed was uncomfortable and dipped so my husband slept at an angle. We stayed on the top floor and the stairs were hard but manageable, although I could see this being a pain. There's no AC in the apartment. We didn't mind it because the weather was nice (60s) but I this would be a deal breaker in the summer time.
• Natalie (4/5): Great location but the uncomfortable beds were a miss. - Great location, a short walk to Hyde Park, two tubes and a selection of restaurants/shops. Both bedrooms were a very good size for London. The beds were so uncomfortable that none of us slept well for the two nights that we stayed. They felt like the cheapest, poorest quality available. Same for the sofa. No soap provided in the bathrooms. My elderly father mentioned that there was no shelf to put your shampoo/shower gel on so he had to bend over in the shower to pick it up off the floor. Difficult for an 80 year old! No plug socket in the bathroom and no mirror in the bedroom so difficult for doing your hair etc.

• Simon (8/5): Great location, clean apartment - Location was fabulous. Close to tube station and local restaurants and shops Dishwasher did not work, washing machine unable to dry clothes. Lots of noise from front of building of a night time
• Raymond (7/5): Stairs from hell - The apartment was very convenient.Most things were within walking distance. The stairs getting our luggage to the apartment was tiresome. Not the best if going up stairs is an issue for you. An elevator would be great and convenient.
