• Jenna (1/5): THIS IS A SCAM!!! DONT BOOK HERE!!! OTHER PEOPLE CAT AND DOG IN HOUSE!! THIS IS JUST A DIRTY ROOM!! - NOTHING. THIS IS A SCAM!! DIDNT STAY AFTER VIEWING THE PROPERTY. FALSELY ADVERTISED! THIS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Shared accommodation with two people, cat and dog in the property when advertised as a holiday home?!? The woman only lets you know she lives in the property AFTER you make the non refundable booking. Went to look at the room (thats all you get not the whole house) as I had already booked and she made it sound like it accommodation was seperate to the house. Upon inspection found its literally a spare room off of the lounge! Inadequate security (no lock on bedroom door), shared bathroom, the cat clearly sleeps on the bed. Dirty, cat hair everywhere. The place was super messy, dirty and stank! The woman was nice face to face but after declining to stay based on the property conditions and clearly not what was advertised she turned rude and nasty. Refused to waive the cancellation fee (she said she would when discussed face to face), pocketing over 90% of the booking amount even though I was there for literally 5 minutes! Avoid at all costs!!!!! Spoke to Booking.com and advised of terrible conditions and is clearly a scammer!!! This shouldnt be listed on Booking.com
• Geoffrey (1/5): We did not stay as the house was unnhygienic. Nothing like the photos shown today - N/A At the time of checking in the house was dirty (with unwashed pans in the sink), very untidy, smelling dank and of cats. The bedroom as a shamble with a desk full of letters, papers and open drawers. There was no towel. There was a young man who lived there and ignored us. The backyard was muddy and filthy. The passage between the house and the fence was littered with dog droppings.
• Jenifer (1/5): - This turned out to be shared accommodation which wasn't mentioned in the posting. The accommodation was very messy, and we caught the resident unaware when we arrived and he was in his bedroom. There were also chickens outside in the courtyard that come inside at night time. I couldn't stay there with my son and had to find other accommodation. DON'T BOOK THIS APARTMENT.

• Lawton (1/5): Unbelievable how can u scam us - We couldnt get in the owner lied and wouldnt let my daughter.n i in Everything we were left in cold and booking.com customer service kept me on hold for q hour n 45 mins then hung up fond n we were left with nowhere too sleep
• Ian (1/5): Had to find alternate accommodation. - Location The property description did not match what was there. Animals in the house. It is a share property, just bedroom. Large amount of blow flies in ensuite and bedroom. Clutter.
