• James (4/5): Look for some other apartment. - Crunch was comfortable. Sink clogged, bugs everywhere, no forks, soaps, cleaning supplies. No enough toilet paper, hazardous stairs. And many other things.
• Susanna (4/5): - We did not stay in the originally booked place but in "Brand New Spacious 3 Bed city Apartment with Terrace in Shoreditch, London". The place has potential, it is spacious and modern in a peaceful neighbourhood. Host notified us day before the arrival that the original property is not available. He offered a replacement a bit further away from the original location. We agreed to take that. The new place was modern and had the needed space. BUT there were few problems: 1) the heating did not work - the room temperature was 14-16 degrees, 2) there was no hot water, 3) the stove top was broken and did not work. We had our daughter's wedding on the next day after arrival and as there was no hot water, we had to book hotel rooms and thus we did not stay in this place the first night (additional cost of 400+ Euros). On the next day the host was able to fix the hot water but the heating was not working properly during the whole stay (4 nights). We got a portable heater from our friends which made the temperate bearable.
• Dianne (2/5): Koud - Ruim Terwijl we onderweg waren naar Londen kregen we bericht dat ons appartement niet meer beschikbaar was!!! Boden alternatief dat we maar hebben aanvaard want waren al onderweg met de trein. Appartement lag veel verder van alles af, veel meer reistijd elke dag Toegangscode code was verandert waardoor we er niet in konden. Dit was vrij snel verholpen na een berichtje naar de beheerders. Geen warm water of verwarming. Temperatuur was gemiddeld 14 graden. Achterdeur was niet op slot en kon niet afgesloten worden, begane grond. Dus nie heel fijn. Na contact moesten we de boiler resetten, dat zou het probleem verhelpen. Niet dus. Geen verwarming of warm water. Stoel onder de deurklink gezet. Volgende dag kwam er iemand die aangaf dat er geen druk was en daardoor geen warm water. Heeft gesleuteld en gaf aan dateer zo goed kwam. Super Bij terugkomst in het appartement geen verwarming en warm water. 13 graden weer. App contact, boiler resetten. Heeft helaas gedurende 4 dagen geen warmte opgeleverd Contact gezocht met booking.com. Die bleken een mail te hebben gestuurd waar je binnen 4 uur op moet reageren. Die zagen we te laat , want in Londen loop je niet heel de dag je mail te checken. Daarna niet smeer gehoord Willen graag onze extra vervoers kosten en ongemak gecompenseerd zien maar daar reageert booking natuurlijk niet op
• Rebecca (8/5): - The space was large, and updated. The check in process was smooth, and someone was available at all times for any issues. The location was good, the neighborhood had some good spots and there was easy access to transit. The amenities were pretty bare minimum.

• Pierre-yves (4/5): Paid for 7 and beds for 6 - The flat is new. We had booked and paid for 7 persons (3 bed + 1 sofa bed). The sofa was not a sofa bed, and there were no sheets for the 7th person. The owner played us for fools by pointing out that the sofa was indeed a sofa bed and that we should have indicated a need for sheets for the 7th person (we booked for 7 persons !). Hoping the owner's reply won't be a masterclass of bad faith, and that he'll fix it for next visitors.
