• Marzanna (9/5): - Obiekt położony w pobliżu metra. Mieszkanie czyste,odpowiednie dla 6 osób. Słabo wyposażona kuchnia jedna łyżeczka patelnia bez rączki nie umyte garnki dwa kubki dla 6 osób po rozmowie z właścicielką bez odzewu stwierdza że ludzie rozbijają .

• Jean (9/5): Great authentic visit in residential area. - Beautiful old apartment- art deco stone floors- double aspect looking out on an old part of residential Naples. Right beside a Metro. We found the locks tricky but the landlady was so helpful and sorted us out without any delay. A great service. Thank you. Nothing- just bear in mind as it is an old building it is quite cool in the interior. This brings relief from the heat of the sun but may need warmer clothes and indoor shoes for the evening in the cooler months.

• Simona (10/5): Un ottimo soggiorno a Napoli - La casa era accogliente, calda e pulita. Le stanze spaziose e i letti comodi. I proprietari gentili. Si trova a fianco alla fermata della metro Materdei e a 5 minuti dalla pizzeria Starita. Noi abbiamo raggiunto il centro anche a piedi. Manca la lavatrice ma se ne può fare a meno.

• Lilla (2/5): - Közel volt a metró Nincs klíma, ezért éjszaka ki kell nyitni az ablakot ha nem akar megsülni az ember. Viszont az utca rettentő zajos még éjszaka is. A pihenés szinte lehetetlen
• Erik (8/5): Very good - Very close to the metro in a safe neighborhood. Very friendly host, although we went to the wrong house initially which made it a little bit of a hassle. Could have made it easier if we knew more Italian 😁 The beds were not the most comfortable.

• Van (8/5): Very good - We got there a little earlier then accepted and called the host. They immediately came to meet us and hand us over the keys. This was really nice. We also got a welcomes package with some food we really enjoyed.
• Yavar (7/5): To sum up, we are satisfied with our stay here in general. - The place was super clean and nicely designed. One of my friends arrived at the location earlier and the owner checked in with my friend 2 hours earlier. The location was not that close to the city center but it was near to a metro station so we had good access to the center. The double bed in the first room is two single beds attached that kept getting separated and made us have literally one single bed. As Naples is a humid and hot place, we suffered from the lack of air conditioning, and having fans was not enough.
• Jiatong (9/5): Superb - The host was waiting for us upon arrival. They were friendly and helpful. it's in an apartment building. The ceiling is high and rooms are spacious. The subway station is right next to the building.
• Olha (10/5): I feel care from apartment owner in every little thing) - Wery clean apartment, you can find a lot of usefull singhs, and even breakfast)) Wery nice owner, but speak only Italian (it is not a problem, she has English support by phone and google translate is also can be used) I forgot home shoes,in this apartment you will need it, becouse of amaizing historical floor. But it is not a big deal
• Lidia (10/5): It was excellent! - Metro was very close and nice garden in front of building. Apartament was clean, highly recommended!
• Yanmin (7/5): Lots of unrealized potential. We ended up disappointed and tired with this property - The place was tidy, well organized, easy to locate and it was easy to connect to the owner (Gabriele). Also, Gabriele was kind enough to enable us to check-in early as we were moving from another place and that was much appreciated. Location is good (not central, but not that far from the center, and a minute walk away from metro line 1). It would have been great to meet the owner at some point though. The place has recently gone through renovation, and some fixtures were visibly not finished (like the plug in the bathroom sink), but that was not a big deal as we only stayed 2 nights. However, the bigger deal is the fact the apartment, while very large, is very hard to warm up as the electric heaters fixed on the walls are way too small to heat each room, as the ceiling is very high and the floor is stone-based. Also, the windows have not been upgraded and are not sound or heat-proof. they don't close very well to you have to close the blinders as well in order to keep the heat inside. As the apartment is high-ground floor (secure, but still low), the sound permeates from the 2 adjacent streets (the apartment sits in a corner). In the bathroom, there is a heated-fan that you need to plug in order not to freeze during your shower. No electric wall heater there. Also, it took 1h30-2h for the water-heater to ready enough water for showers. In the bedroom, the matresses were on the hard side and the master bedroom bed had 2 single mattresses put together (instead of a queen-size mattress). Last but not least: there is no microwave oven (which is very useful to re-heat a pizza etc) and no A/C. We obviously did not need it, as it was winter, but come Summer, good luck (especially considering you cannot sleep with open windows because of the noise even in the evening as vehicles honk at any time in Naples, and the trash truck can pass very late or very early in the morning, but that's not the only culprit)
• Karol (8/5): Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms - one with a large bed and one with two separate beds. Nice! - Subway just next to the apartment building so the transport is very convenient. The apartment is historic with a nice furniture. In the living room there is a TV and if you have NETFLIX account you can sign in. It was cold inside in the beginning since there is only electric heating in the rooms and it took a day minimum to make it warmer. Ask the owner to turn them on 2 days in advance.
• Jacek (7/5): Good - The flat was in a nice and convenient location, was spacious, clean and had a communal garden outside. The tourist tax should have been EUR 22.50 for 3 people and 3 nights, but my co-traveler who pick up the keys was told it was over 40 EUR and paid that amount. The drainage in the shower did not work well.
• Golriz (10/5): a lovely and comfortable stay at a beautifully designed Italian flat in a wonderful location. - Everything was absolutely great. From the beginning that our flight had delay and the lady met us at midnight! to a wonderful location this flat is located and everything that is provided to make your stay easy and enjoyable. This was by far one of thee best places we stayed in Italy. You'd have a great experience of living in an Italian flat, in a beautiful location, from where you can easily walk to the town center. ( We walked almost everyday with a baby in buggy! there was aa lot to see ) but you also have the metro very close-by so all options are there. The landlord was so friendly and quick in responding, easy communication. We had some questions and help needed, which the helped us very quickly. They have thought about everything you might need during your stay, Even provided a simple breakfast for our first day of arrival which was so thoughtful of them. We will definitely stay there again and I totally recommend it. Not having an air-conditioner was the main and biggest struggle. The road is busy and light at night and it is not keeep the windows open. The fans provided was wonderful but not sufficient for a summer heat!
