• Noémie (7/5): Bel appartement dans quartier moyen - L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. La literie est confortable. Très joli appartement. Le bruit de la rue la nuit et le quartier. Le volet de la chambre ne se fermait pas entièrement ce qui laissait apparaître la lumière.

• Volgyi (10/5): Clean and comfy - The apartment was clean. It was ideal for 3 persons, because we could sleep separetaly in 3 different rooms. The owner was helpful and very kind. The metro station is near and you can reach the key attractions in the city in 20 minutes. This part of Athens, where the apartment is located, isnt so nice, but it didn't bother us much, because we only went home for sleeping.

• Carmelo (8/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Top Gastgeberin - kleine Verbesserungen nötig. - Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte alle Utensilien, die ein Muss sind. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es hat sehr viele "Mini Markets" wie auch die bekannteren Sklavenitis und Lidl in der Nähe, falls eingekauft werden muss. Die Zone ist sehr belebt, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Funkionalität des Badezimmers könnte besser sein. Der Badezimmerkasten ist sehr tief montiert, sodass einfache Sachen, wie z.B. Zähneputzen, mühsam sind. Die Duschbox ist auch verbesserungswürdig. Obwohl vorsichtig, ist immer Wasser neben der Duschbox gelandet.

• Edwin (9/5): - Apartment was very clean, convenient travel links ( Train station), loads of shops nearby. Market directly outside on Saturdays which is a bit of a hassle to get through.

• Magdalena (10/5): Spędziliśmy w Atenach 5 dni. Lokalizacja apartamentu pozwala na łatwe zwiedzanie. Mieszkanie super wyposażone. Wszystko - Lokalizacja apartamentu jest doskonała, personel pomocny i kontaktowy. Wszystko bardzo ładnie przygotowane na nasz pobyt.
• Magdalena (6/5): - Wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Blisko do metra. Dobry internet. Brak suszarki do naczyń w kuchni, nie ma gdzie suszyć naczyń, a zmywarki brak… w łazience słaba kabina prysznicowa, brak brodzika powoduje rozlewanie się wody po całej podłodze, szafka z lustrem nad umywalką niepraktyczna, uniemożliwia korzystanie z umywalki. Cienkie ściany, odgłosy z ulicy, nawet rozmowy są słyszalne, odbiór śmieci w środku nocy. Z piątku na sobotę, również w nocy, bardzo głośno rozstawiają się handlarze owoców i warzyw, od rana gwar z powodu targu. Ogólnie nieciekawa okolica, z okna na naszych oczach wyrzucono śmieci prze okno.

• Ivan (10/5): - The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped to enable you to feel at home in Athens. More importantly, its owner Sonia is a most welcoming and caring host, at your disposal at any time. She sent a message to see if we got there at announced time (even with convenient self check-in / check-out). She wished us a nice stay and sent a message two days thru our six days stay to see if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Priceless!!! The street is calm and there are many small shops and (predominantly Arabic and oriental) fast food places in the neighborhood which are open until late hours, so you can get whatever you need. The neighborhood is absolutely safe at any time, day and night. There is also a Lidl supermarket at 10 min walking distance,which is quite convenient in case you opt for cooking in the apt which is equipped with a big fridge, microwave, stove, oven and all necessary kitchenware. There is a small capsule espresso machine (and complimentary coffee capsules/sugar). The bathroom is equipped with basic cosmetic hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, soap), and there is also a washing machine (what a plus!!!) and detergent. Ironing board and an iron for particularly demanding guests are also there. If you travel only with hand luggage, you wouldn't have to worry about any of those issues. The apt is at 3-4 min from Attiki metro station (actually closer when getting off at the green line Attiki station, though the red line Attiki station exit is also there, but requires several more minutes of walking). Moreover, if coming from the airport on the blue line, I would suggest going to the Monastiraki station and change there for the green line (direction Kifissia). You would then have only two stops before you get to Attiki, which is the third stop. Faster and less crowded than on the red line. The apt is so well situated that you could easily walk to the National archeological museum.
• Vagan (8/5): Good on the inside, but kinda suspicious location, beware - Very clean, big apartment. Five people could live here at the most comfortable level. You get water, you get coffee, you get working washing machine and stuff. Feeling pretty much like home, on the inside. The location is awful. It's near the Athens' dangerous areas, and the walls are thin, not immune to noise at all. I am a sensitive sleeper, and I couldn't sleep well because one night the trash collecting car passed by, making every possible noise, and next day there was a 10 minute lasting LOUD argument of the locals - very disturbing.

• Ursula (8/5): Eine perfekte und komfortable Unterkunft mache dem Herzen von Athen - - Sie ist Zentral gelegen; - 5 Min bis zur U-Bahnstation; - ist gut Ausgestattet, - einbruchsichere Haustür; liebevoll eingerichtet; - 2 kleine SuperMärkte, eine Apotheke und ein Strassenmarkt mit frischem Gemüse und Obst (täglich von 7 -13 Uhr) sind direkt um die Ecke; man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen ohne weite Wege. Am besten hat uns unsere Vermieterin gefallen, sie war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Besonders hervorheben muss ich folgendes:wir kamen sehr spät in Athen an und trotz der späten Uhrzeit hat sie sich erkundigt ob wir gut angekommen sind und hat uns noch sehr gut mit Tips geholfen damit wir gut und sicher zur Unterkunft kommen konnten. Vielen, vielen Dank noch mal hierfür! Nachts um 2 Uhr ist immer der Müllwagen durch die Straßen gefahren und da war es dann für ca. 15 Min. immer relativ laut, wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Wir konnten immer gleich wieder einschlafen, somit war das kein Problem für uns.

• Nico (9/5): Athen 🇬🇷 die Stadt die niemals schläft - - die Vermieterin ist eine herzliche und liebevolle Dame ❤️ - einbruchsichere Haustür mit Alarmanlage - gute Ausstattung - liebevoll eingerichtet - Polizei ist gleich in der Nähe und super freundlich und hilfsbereit - Nacht‘s ist die Umgebung mit Vorsicht zu genießen (erhöhtes Polizeiaufkommen), was für uns als Griechenland Erfahrene kein Problem darstellt, jedoch nicht für Familien mit Kindern geeignet ist -

• Charlotte (8/5): Great home base for a family holiday - Great location, near to metro and supermarket /corner shops. A tastefully renovated flat. The beds were very comfy, though the "sofa bed" is actually just a large sofa. Kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked, and our host was extremely helpful. It was a really great place to stay overall! This apartment is close to street level and people/vehicles outside sound like they're in the flat with you - would not advise for very light sleepers. The shower is very open and, even showering with great care, you will get water all over the bathroom. Final minor gripe: there are no knobs or handles on the kitchen cupboards (as of Oct 24) which makes them a pain to open.
• Giovanni (10/5): A perfect shady hideout close to the heart of Athens - Easily accessible, in a quiet tree-lined street very close to Athini tube station, it can be a perfect place to retreat after a busy day in hot and over-trafficked Athens. Everything is clean and in perfect working order (air conditioning, bathroom, wifi, tv, kitchen). On a Saturday, you'll be woken up by a very lively and rich food market just under your windows, which makes the place rather special. There's a cafe just in front, and shops all the way to Athini Plateia, so that you won't be in need of anything. A safe in the cupboard would be probably very useful, especially since you may want to leave the windows open for ventilation.
