• Johnathan (2/5): NOT Luxury - Location, overall resort it was on. Good keen appeal until you enter property Not sure where to start. The first word advertised is Luxurious. It is far far from this. I had to report at least a dozen maintenance issues with the property. Some of which was addressed but these things should have been dealt with prior to arrival. They give clear instruction what to do with Trash yet they didn’t have a bin and knew it! The quality finishing is very very poor. The kitchen utensils are missing and what you do have is poor quality. The carpet was torn in many places. 9 bedrooms yet 4 sunloungers. The pool was filthy. Our swim costumes changed colour as the chemicals clearly not managed effectively. The list is endless full of faults. Don’t let the photos fool you, the pool is tiny and not representative of the photo. Either way it isn’t luxury whatsoever. Had to pay for a BBQ which only part works too.
• Stephanie (6/5): The house was comfortable with the exception of a few issues listed above. - The number of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nice and the patio area was nice. The pool was not heated, and when we asked to have it turned on, we were told that it was too late we couldn’t be done . So the hot tub was cold the Wi-Fi signal was weak at best. The neighbors to the left of us had extremely loud music and vehicles with excessive house guests. Their extra house guest cars were blocking a portion of the house we were renting driveway. It was difficult getting in and out of the driveway and street.
