• Laura (10/5): Comfortable house with great views - Confortable and spacious with many options for kids to play inside the house and outside. Cosy bedrooms. The view from the kitchen windows. The bath tub, it looked a bit unstable...
• Garry (9/5): A pleasant stay with no hassles - Quiet and comfortable, everything that was required was there. Having to rely on email to get the lockbox code, sending the code via SMS would have been more convenient
• aitken (4/5): - Not much! Location dead! Rules and regulations rigid! Bond retained for 14 days unfair! Aa above! No dishwasher was a big negative! Lounge was terrible! Very poor quality and to low to the floor making standing up difficult!

• Aaron (9/5): We'll be back! - Affordable, comfortable family house situated within 20 minutes of anything you'd need. The basement was a highlight for the kids, everything was spacious and well organised. Plenty of things available including DVD's and board games. We couldn't get the DVD player to work on the first night, we later figured out we needed to lift the disc drive up after putting a disc in to get it to read. Might be worth replacing the unit. Although there's no wifi, its a great way for the family to bond over other means than a screen.

• Ms Tasha (10/5): - Very warm and comfortable house. Had a lovely stay lots of fun for the children The real estate agents staff Megan and Ann Maree where very helpful and lovely.
• Jennifer (8/5): - No point having a coffee machine without pods. Had to drive into Cowes to find the right brand but they were out of stock.
• Danny (10/5): - Fantastic house, very close to the ocean and only an 8 minute drive to Cowes and San Remo. The facilities were great, very comfortable and the house is nestled in a quite little street. The games and activities in the basement/garage that are accessible from the house were great for the kids. Very homely place to visit. Highly recommend this booking. There wasn't anything that I wasn't satisfied with.
• Amit (6/5): Okay for now- but huge upside potential - It’s conveniently located. There is plenty of room. Rooms and sizes are okay. Beds are comfy. A bit dated. There is No dishwasher: a sign that says there is a set of bathroom and toilet in garage would be helpful. Linen etc as standard could be a game changer. Entry from front would be helpful.
• Jonathan (3/5): Good house, experience sucked. - Nice sized house, peaceful location with easy access to Cowes, affordable Linen not included only mentioned in the fine print, no body soap or shampoo not listed anywhere, $500 deposit not listed anywhere, non refundable credit card fee for bond not listed anywhere, location only revealed 1 hour before check in, bond only returned when demanded Too many hidden caveats with this place. Wouldn't return.

• Stephen (7/5): Good - Location was fine. Quiet road, close to water. Short walk to good cafe. Looked like it's been a while between cleans (maybe occupants). Bath and all flat surfaces had what I can only describe as 'spider sh*t' on them. Same in all the corners of the toilet floor. Small drops of what looked like vegemite were scraped off the kitchen floor.
• Jennifer (7/5): Good house with potential - Views, large living space, lovely doors and windows onto balcony comfy beds, good A/C...when found. Not clear in instructions ie ducted system. Good laundry facilities No wifi, no streaming services,no dish washer, balcony railing needs painting, more trees/shade in garden, clearer rubbish nights, new sofa needed on verandah. Smoke alarm repeatedly going off at night.

Quite and relaxing - The lock box for the keys was found at the back door Plenty of parking GREAT STAY This house was awesome, great heating warm and cozy Everything you needed in a kitchen even down to a coffee machine WOW The bedrooms, comfy beds with electric blankets was great as we are not used to that sort of comfort washing machine and dryer not used to that either Bathroom with a great powerful shower very clean EVEN with heaters in the ceiling WOW The bonus was a shower and toilet down stairs We would stay here again this could be a permanent holiday place for us With cafe 5 minutes drive away, and a restaurant Cowes only 10 minutes drive away We all did the dishes together and played games or talk in the evening Was a chance for all of us to relax No WI FI No dishwasher But didn't even worry about those things There's was nothing you needed
• Hock (7/5): Quiet, clean and spacious location. - Quiet location, lots of space, plenty of DVD to watch but we did not use this facility as we were out and about. But we did use the Dart board at the ground level. This place is quiet well equipped with kitchen utensils, have a large fridge, clothes dryer, washing machine but has no hair dryer. Dont like the amount of information needed. They want a copy your Drivers license sent to them. They wanted a $500 deposit and charged you $505 due to credit card charge - you have no choice. You need to do the Rubbish bin duty which can be a bit complex due to the days and there are 3 bins. Have to bring your own sheets. There is no hair dryer.

• Duncan (5/5): Disappointed - The property was reasonable but the Agency was punitive it it’s rules and regulations. We booked for two nights only stayed one for fear of transgressing the numerous rules. They clouded was was expect to be a pleasant time. As a Property Manager myself I have never experienced such a draconian approach Did not feel as valued customers. Spacious
• Yit (6/5): You pay what you get for - Quiet location Have to organise linen ourselves; quilt covers not sure being changed from last renters; agent was not helpful.
