• Darryl (2/5): - Towel rail wasnt secured to the wall, shower tap pulled straight off. Refusing to refund security deposit saying there was blood on one of the walls which was scribbling marks from someones kid prior to us staying and from medication that was dropped which i sent a photo of my prescription to them.

• Eileen (6/5): Great views. Good location. Ok for a short stay. - Great views, comfy bed. Shower was lovely. Suited our needs just fine. It certainly needed a fresh coat of paint, walls scuffed and dirty. Curtains hanging off their hooks. Furniture very basic.

• Debbie (9/5): Superb - This is an awesome location with wonderful views for a couple of days in Melbourne CBD. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. Communication was excellent. Beds were amazingly comfortable. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the kitchen (there pods in the pantry but no machine).
