• Judit (10/5): - Todo, el alojamiento muy bonito, limpio y ordenado. La ducha genial, aire acondicionado, cocina bien equipada, cama súper cómoda… además nos dejaron galletas, café, chocolate… la localización súper buena, bastante cerca de todo, llegábamos andando fácilmente a los sitios. Una estancia 10/10🫶🏻
• Alena (6/5): Pre nenarocnych turistov, ktori su cely den mimo a potrebuju sa len umyt a prespat, to bolo fajn - Poloha bola dobra, blizko stanice metra, vybavenie apartmanu tiez slusne. Napriek tomu, ze postel bola vlastne rozkladaci gauc - s bocnicami, cez ktore sa zle vyliezalo na postel, tak eped bol pohodlny a spalo sa nam dobre. Ocenili sme cistotu, no chybali nam drziaky na osusky (prehadzovali sme ich iba cez sprchovy kut). S domacim sme sa nestretli, no nechal tam pre nas par drobnosti pod zub, vodu a dzus, co sme ocenili. Bola tam kuchynska linka s vybavenim, no tu sme okrem poharov nestihli vyuzit, kedze sme boli od rana do vecera vonku Komunikovala som s automatom cez whatsapp, to sa mi vobec nepacilo. Problem bol, ze este ked som nastupovala do lietadla, netusila som, ako sa dostanem do apartmanu - automat ma nechcel informovat o sposobe vstupu vcas - ze vraj az ked bude apartman upratany! Dozvedela som sa to az tesne predtym, ked som uz bola v Rime, z coho som bola velmi nervozna. Nebola tam ziadna recepcia a do budovy sa vstupovalo po zadani kodu a tiez kluce boli v schranke, ku ktorej bol potrebny kod, takze taketo neskore informacie o tom, ako sa dostanem dnu, boli velmi neprijemne. Navyse ked automat opakoval dookola svoje a nedalo sa tam normalne dohovorit ... Dalsim problemom bolo, ze vo dvore, cez ktory sa prichadzalo k brane do domu, asi opravovali nejake odpadove potrubie (aj ked ziadnych robotnikov sme tam za 4 dni nevideli), lebo tam bol strasny smrad, cez ktory sme museli zakazdym prejst, ked sme chceli vojst/vyjst von. No a na oknach neboli zaclony, iba zavesy, ktore cez den robili tmu, navyse nedoliehali, kedze okolo nich boli medzery - a pritom oproti bola budova s oknami v tesnej blizkosti (vyhlad z okna bol hrozny - ziadny). Keby sme ich odtiahli, boli by sme ako vo vyklade.
• Kaczmarek (4/5): Nie jestem zadowolony z tego mieszkania - Jedynie co podobało mi się to położenie Niestety pokoik mały niezbyt czysto kuchnia niby dostępna ale brak akcesoriów kuchennych miejsce przytłaczające wejście do klatki mało przyjemne nieładne zapachy nie działająca winda 3dni pobytu ,ciemno na klatce nie polecam cena zbyt wygórowana za takie mieszkanie łóżko to rozłożony polkotapczan niewygodne kontakt z właścicielem dostępny ale nic nie wnoszący .Za te pieniądze nie polecam

• Valentic (7/5): Kljub nevšečnostim, je bilo bivanje prijetno. - Stanovanje je prostorno in sodobno opremljeno. V bližini je železniška postaja, metro, trgovine, bari, park. Trenutno na dvorišču popravljajo kanalizacijo. Zaradi pritlične lege stanovanja in neprijetnih vonjav ni bilo možno odpirati oken. Še posebej je zaudarjalo v kopalnici.

• Aline (9/5): - A localização é excelente, o anfitrião deixou vários snacks, cápsulas de café, água e suco disponíveis. Fui com meu bebê e consegui cozinhar. O berço que disponível estava limpo.
• Priscila (5/5): - Boa localização, vizinhos solícitos e prestativos. Boa cama. Excelentes itens à disposição (comidas, água, café, chinelos). Decoração bonita. - o painel de acesso ao prédio estava avariado, nos impedindo de entrar sem ajuda dos vizinhos. O proprietário lidou com a situação como se não soubéssemos entrar, pois ele não sabia do problema no painel. Não fomos informados. - Presença de canteiro de obras na frente do prédio com mau cheiro de esgoto muito forte. - ar-condicionado parou de funcionar em nosso segundo dia. - Chuveiro com box aberto, que molha completamente o chão e o vaso sanitário quando utilizado. Como só disponibilizam 1 tapete para secar o chão, ele não consegue ser suficiente para segurar a quantidade de água, então o banheiro vive constantemente com o chão molhado. - O teto preservado com as fundações originais é muito bonito, mas quando o vizinho de cima anda, diversos pedacinhos de concreto acabam caindo diretamente em cima da cama, provocando sujeira.

• Claire (5/5): - L'emplacement proche du métro, la climatisation, la présence de Pantoufles et d'une machine à laver L'état de propreté vraiment moyen de l'appartement, les toilettes sur la douche, la qualité du matelas tout creusé sur les deux emplacements, l'odeur en arrivant dans l'appartement, la douche dont le pommeau au plafond coule. Le lavabo de la sdb dont on ne peut pas bouger le mélangeur, le quartier plein de clochards. Sur les photos l'appartement a l'air beaucoup plus grand qu'il ne l'est en réalité

• Gökçe (10/5): Tertemiz, güvenli ve kullanışlı bir konaklama oldu, çok güzel ağırlandık ve memnun kaldık. - Odanın tamamen ve tertemiz hazır olması, tüm bilgilerin kolay ulaşılır olması, öncesinde ve sonrasında bizimle kurulan iletişim ve ilgi, konum, rahatlık vs her şey çok iyiydi. Sevmediğim bir konu olmadı, memnun kaldım.

• Howell (8/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay! - Location was great! We felt safe and the apartment was clean. The bed in the bedroom is missing some support rails underneath the mattress creating a very low/sagging point. The lightbulbs glow all night long even when the light is turned off, making it very bright for sleeping.

• Brikena (10/5): amazing stay in Rome - Everything. the location of the house was fantastic. only 7 minutes on foot from the Coloseum, 3 minutes from the subway and 5 minutes from the bus. every place very easily accessible. the host Giacomo was very kind and helped us with everything. the house had normal accommodation conditions for 4 people. we are very satisfied with our stay here

• Mira (8/5): it was okay. - It was close to everything. there was only one toilet paper roll and only one towel each for two nights. also there was no blankets only bed sheets.

The apartment was at a extremely poor level for the value - Location The cockroaches, bugs, mould, smelly cupboards, damp, grubby, cleanliness, broken furniture, stained furniture, mouldy/stained walls., shower needs redoing/resealing. At first it wasn't noticeable, however when we raised are concerns with the host, it felt we were being a pain. He never came across symmetric to the situation & when we arranged for someone to inspect the property, nothing was done about it apart from painting over the mould in bathroom & putting in humidifier.... the bugs & cockroaches got worse
