- Kylie (5/5): Needing a deep clean. - The location was great, close to our favourite restaurants on Gouger Street and the business we had to attend to for our stay. The views were stunning. Bedding was clean. It had most things we needed for our stay. Overall I was content with most of the facilities. I loved the pool. I found the couch smelt like dirty butt crack. Cigarette butts were left out on the balcony. The outside table was filthy. No tea towels to dry dishes were available. The dish sponges provided were old scrappy ones. The toilet seat was broken, so my husband fixed that. The shower was mouldy. There was dust in corners and on top of tiles, dirty walls. The kitchen could have done with a more thorough clean. The place just needs a really good deep clean. My husband cleaned the air conditioning filter as it wasn't working as well as it could be, and that was filthy.

- Chloe (4/5): - Location was good. Had no bedding for 2 nights, I chased it up for 2 days and got told the team were bringing it. Then they ghosted me and wouldn't even reply. Finally got onto someone else on the 3rd day and they delivered the blankets and advised that they weren't even notified of the missing blankets. Poor communication! Also the carpet wasn't vaccumed properly and there was broken glass on the floor.

- Tess (3/5): Disappointing - Location Not clean, dishes wet dirty. Others people clothes left in draws. Aircon was on short timer and constantly turned off. Both kettles tripped the power circuit so we needed to use a pot to boil water. Only one key for a 2 bedroom apartment

- Amy (5/5): The view made up for the disappointment of uncleanliness. - Night views were spectacular Dirty, cigarette butts on the balcony, dirt and beer bottle tops under TV cabinet. Kitchen pantry a mess, dirty couch and walls. Dirty cushion in wardrobe. They definitely need to invest in a decent cleaner. Was given wrong code and had to call through to request correct code.

- Jeanine (1/5): Would never stay there again. - Once I got hold of the new contact person, they were very helpful. After seeing the state of the room, I rang the contact and they immediately agreed to refund the entire amount. This was on a Sunday so I appreciate they were easily contacted on a weekend. Prior to check-in, I tried multiple times to contact the property manager. A couple of weeks later, I received an auto-response advising he was unavailable and to contact another person. When I checked in, the corridor leading to the apartment smelt. The carpet in the room and the sofa had multiple stains, the windows covered in handprints. It was much smaller and the views nothing like the photos. I needed to email to request they send the check-in details.

- Arron (2/5): Poor experience of an apartment - The view The cleanest of the property n the washing machine was broken and couldn't be used. The filter from the dryer was full and could have been a fire hazard. The air conditioning filter was full and wasn't working properly. Used condom package was in the draw near the bed. Dirty floors n carpets n rug. The oven wasn't cleaned. I have heaps of photos I can't download all of them
