Zoe (8/5): Very good - The host Sara was excellent. Very helpful. Quick to reply any queries we had as it was our first time in Rome! The apt. was very clean and there was hot water at all times. A bit far from the centre. However, bus stops and metro station "Conca D' Oro"were close by! One negative point is that you had to go down around 100 stairs to reach Metro and then back up to reach apt. Another 👎 is that it would be nice to have some hand soap in the toilets as the bottles were empty!
