- Ekaterina (10/5): - Отличное расположение, минут 10-15 до площади Республики спокойным шагом Очень приятный, вежливый и тактичный хозяин Все предусмотрено: чистые полотенца, постельное белье запасное, фен, утюг, сушилка, гладильная доска Был даже гель для стирки! Кровать и матрас удобные Соседняя дверь буквально – и вы в супермаркете, никуда ходить не нужно Красивый вид из окна на Арарат! Квартира немного пожившая и требует обновления, но не критично, на комфортное пребывание это не повлияло Поэтому от всего сердца рекомендуем эту квартиру!

Расположение идеальное-10 минут пешком и ты уже на Северном проспекте и далее на площади Республики. В этом же доме есть внизу супермаркет, а рядом еще один. Вид из окна на Арарат 😍Нам очень повезло, мы приехали в ясную погоду, и гора предстала перед нами во всей красе. Но самое потрясающее в этом объекте размещения- это хозяин апартаментов, который старался сделать наше пребывание максимально комфортным. С удовольствием вернусь снова и в Армению, и в эти апартаменты ♥️ -

- Elitsa (10/5): Eccellent - The apartment is small, but comfortable, it is equipped with everything you need. If the weather conditions are good, you have really nice view to mount Ararat from the terrace and drink coffee or wine. Surprisingly after 5 p.m. there are many free parking slots. There is supermarket in the building. The location is perfect, very close to the beautiful park with fountains and Republic Square. The stuff was very nice and helpful and the communication was great.
