- Alex (1/5): Communication is key and it is unfair and unprofessional to double book and not to alert guests - I booked the place nd was never given access to the property. I went there early around 5pm and again at 7pm and again at 22h30 and no access and tried calling the number on Booking.com and the number was wrong and it does not exist. The guard gave me another number that was switched off. He kept calling her and texting and when I returned at 22h30, he told me the host told him the place was double booked. Am still waiting for my refund I did not like being double booked and the Host giving wrong numbers and when I finally got the right number from the security guard, she had switched off her phone
