The hostesses were super friendly and very supportive. Thank you very much. Best was just a walking distance to the Vatican, and also the Castle of St. Angelo. WiFi speed was excellent too. Nothing.

• Valentina (6/5): Excelente ubicación, pero mucho ruido por las noches - La ubicación fue excelente, especialmente si quieren estar cerca del Vaticano y recorrer esa zona caminando. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y en general tuvimos una muy buena experiencia durante la estancia. Lo único negativo fue el ruido durante la noche. Justo al lado hay un bar y hasta muy tarde, incluso casi hasta las 6:00 a.m., se escuchaban gritos, conversaciones, personas en estado de embriaguez e incluso discusiones en la calle. El ruido entra bastante a la habitación y hace difícil descansar bien.

After the check out,they kept our language without charging extra until we left We booked accommodation for a family of four 2 adults and 2 kids. We had to split in two different rooms that shared a bathroom that was in a shared corridor with other guests room. The bathroom could lock and was only for us, but you had to get outside the rooms with the bathroom keys, fully dressed to get in and out even after taking a bath. That was a bit uncomfortable. The other guests room that was for two persons, had it's own bathroom inside the room.

• Josef (9/5): - I když jsme měli check-in od 14hodin, při kontaktu s majitelem umožněno ubytování ve 12hodin, který vysvětlil potřebné info. Úklid byl prováděn každý den a paní byla vždy usměvavá a to je také to co nám vylepšilo na startu dne náladu. Lokalita je perfektní, protože bylo vše v blízkosti - stanice metra, Basilika sv. Petra a restaurace v okolí. Celkově vše perfekt.

• CooberMasta (10/5): - Absolutnie genialne miejsce! Wspaniały pokój nr 2, przemiła właścicielka! Klucz odbieramy od właścicielki, trzeba dać znać 10 min przed przyjazdem na miejsce. Co było w pokoju: lodówka z napojami, spory słodki poczęstunek dla gości w postaci ciastek, rogalików i cukierków, ekspres do kawy, suszarka do ubrań, android TV, duża szafa, stolik, krzesło, lustro, wieszaki i mega wygodne duże łóżka ze wspaniałą pościelą! Oczywiście są ręczniki w kilku rozmiarach. W oknach są okiennice zapewniające spokojny sen. W pokoju jest klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie sterowane z pilota. Jest też normalnie grzejnik jeżeli zrobi się chłodniej. Pokój nr 2 ma łazienkę na korytarzu przy kuchni, a łazienka jest spora i mega wyposażona, łącznie z bidetem, lustrem powiększającym, suszarką i pełnym zestawem kosmetyków ze szczoteczkami do zębów łącznie. Można przyjechać bez niczego i masz wszystko co jest potrzebne do higieny osobistej. Kuchnia: pełne wyposażenie, łącznie z tym co zostawili poprzedni goście: są spore zapasy oliwy i przypraw:) Cztery krzesła i wysoki blat ala barowy. Oczywiście jest zmywarka, płyta do gotowania, mikrofala, mega nowoczesny ekspres do kawy(kawę dosypuje właścicielka), wszystkie naczynia, garnki, przybory kuchenne jakie powinny być w kuchni! Jeszcze raz: kuchnia jak w domu, wszystko czego potrzeba. W kuchni za białymi drzwiami jest pralka i chemia do sprzątania. Cały lokal ładnie pomalowany w spokojne kolory. Okolica: kilkaset metrów do Watykanu, sto metrów do metra, bary, kawiarnie po drugie stronie ulicy(polecam Mozart Cafe z ich pysznymi panini i makaronem z klopsami), kościół 50 metrów, sklepy spożywcze 300 i 200 metrów, sklepik Lazio, Bershka. W promieniu 500 metrów jest masa sklepów i restauracji! Mógłbym tak pisać i pisać, miejsce, właścicielka oraz jej mąż są tego warci! Dziękuję za gościnę! Mam już kilka osób chętnych na przyjazd do waszego lokalu! Tutto molto bello:)))

• Wioletta (10/5): Piękny, czysty pokój w dobrej lokalizacji. - Dziękuję za fantastyczny pobyt w tym miejscu. Pokój czyściutki, łóżko wygodne. W pokoju wszystko czego potrzeba klapki, ręczniki, szampon, mydło, szczoteczka do zębów, suszarka, ekspres w którym można zrobić na prawdę smaczną kawę. Pani codziennie sprzątała w pokoju. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowana lokalizacja. Blisko na plac świętego Piotra, do Koloseum można się dostać długim spacerem lub metrem, którego stacja jest tuż obok. W pobliżu kilka knajpek i sklepy. Jedyny drobny minus za hałas z ulicy, nie można było spać przy otwartym oknie. Po zamknięciu okna jest już cicho.

Además esta persona nos trató súper bien, nos indicó cómo llegar a las catacumbas. Sin duda es el mejor alojamiento tipo apartamento en el que hemos estado. Nada todo estaba estupendo

Sehr nette Eigentümer! 🫶 Leider durften wir die Fensterläden nicht öffnen, dadurch war das Zimmer sehr dunkel und wir mussten immer das Licht anmachen. Aber da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren hat uns das nicht weiter gestört.

Recebe a gente do jeito que só brasileiro sabe receber. Tudo limpo, cheiroso. Fornece kettle para chá, maquina de café e snacks diariamente no quarto, alem de limpar e arruma-lo todos os dias tambem. Colchão de excelente qualidade, jogo de cama maravilhoso, travesseiro muito bom. Fornece shampoo e sabonete. Chuveiro quente e banheiro muito bom. Tem frigobar no quarto. Possui cozinha com tudo que é necessário em uma estadia se curta duração, que é compartilhada com mais um quarto. Possui maquina de lavar roupa, o que quebra um galho danado. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar ai. Fizemos quase tudo em roma a pé, devido a excelente localização.

Struttura pulita, letto comodissimo, prezzo ottimo e posizione molto comoda sia per la metro (a 2 minuti da Ottaviano) sia per visitare San Pietro. Colazione semplice in camera con caffè, tè, merendine e cioccolatini Nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, dalla doccia del nostro bagno usciva un pochino di acqua che comunque era gestibile col semplice asciugamano/tappetino in dotazione

The area had great vibes and we really enjoyed that we chose this area as tossed up being closer to the main city area. The room was clean and comfortable - definitely recommend booking the room with the private bathroom. The shared kitchen was good. We did meet Maria on the afternoon before we left, and she was charming so wish we had met on arrival. She was happy to hold our luggage on site (not in the room) for the hour after our check out. We felt the arrival was not so smooth and neither of the phones numbers on the door were answered. We were not sure what we should do as no-one answered the door. We did then receive a text saying someone was on their way to let us in, and he did arrive soon after. But I felt we were interrupting his day and although he was not rude, I did not feel we got the fantastic host experience others speak of in these reviews.

It was exceptionally clean and the air conditioning is working well. Nicely decorated and modern. There is a washing machine so we did our wash. This was a huge bonus as we were traveling for two weeks. The location is absolutely perfect - right near the Vatican and right near the metro. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Rome. Nothing! We loved it.

La posizione (in una laterale tranquilla di via Ottaviano, a tre minuti a piedi dalla metro A, a meno di un quarto d’ora a piedi da piazza San Pietro), la camera dotata di tutti i comfort (inclusi bollitore e macchinetta del caffè con alcune merendine, ferro da stiro, frigo minibar), la gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari.
• Cristiano (10/5): Perfetto! - Camere belle, abbastanza spaziose e pulite. Posizione perfetta. Vicina alla metro e a due passi da piazza S.Pietro Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma saprei dove andare Consigliatissimo
• Ivan (10/5): - Habitación y baño tal cual las fotos, excelente calidad y limpieza. Servicio de repaso diario con cambio de toallas a solicitud. Amenities, cafetera eléctrica y uso de minibar incluidos. No incluidas las bebidas dentro del minibar pero sí su uso. Aire acondicionado en zona comun y en habitación. Excelente ubicación sí vas a visitar el Vaticano. Para repetir 100% Nos gustó todo.

• Paul (10/5): Perfect! Just could not ask for better. - The location for anything around the Vatican was just perfect and it was right beside everything we needed. It was truly perfect, and our host was friendly, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The rooms are well sound proofed . 15 minute walk to The Vaticsn, 5 minutes to the Metro., the perfect location for any traveller to Rome as all the major attractions. Nothing
• Christopher (10/5): - Nach einem anfänglichem Missverständnis verlief alles sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und man hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern, top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut.
