• Tania (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf - Locatie was perfect! De trap van voordeur naar 1 ste verdiep is heel smal en moeilijk als je bagage bij hebt, er komt ook veel koude door de ramen, velux op slaapkamer heeft nieuwe shade nodig want het is niet donker genoeg om te slapen

Place de parking juste devant, dans une rue tranquille. Je recommande ! Vous pouvez entendre le train mais ce n’est pas si dérangeant. L’odeur d’égout dans les escaliers et l’appartement est un gros bémol. Volet du velux dans la chambre cassé donc vous serez réveillé à la première lueur du jour.

• BEATRIZ (3/5): Decepcionante - Ubicación muy buena. Nosotros queríamos visitar Bruselas, Gante, Brujas y Amberes, y el apartamento estaba muy bien situado para poder ir con facilidad. El apartamento es bonito, tal y como aparece en las fotos. Un apartamento para 4 personas, con solo 2 toallas de ducha (las otras 2 eran de mano) De vez en cuando viene mucho olor a cañería, muy desagradable El horno no se puede utilizar: no tiene ni rejilla ni bandeja. Con lo cual, es como si no existiera. No hay bolsas de basura (salvo las dos que tienes puestas al llegar), no hay cucharillas de desayuno de café, no hay bayeta para la cocina y tuvimos que comprar La primera noche dormimos muy muy mal: intentar dormir fue un infierno. A la mañana siguiente descubrimos el por qué: el "somier" (tablas de madera) estaba roto, con un agujero enorme. Tuvimos las otras 3 noches que dormir con el colchón en el suelo.

Pero lo peor es que nos dejamos unos airpods en el alojamiento, nos pusimos en contacto el mismo día con el anfitrión y no ha sido capaz de enviárnoslas de vuelta. Nos solicitó la dirección y nos mandó una foto de que los tenía, pero no los ha enviado ni contesta a los mensajes que le hemos dejado.

• Atarratze (7/5): - El apartamento está bien, es agradable, calido y tiene de todo. No es muy cómoda por sus escaleras para silletas de niños y había algunas cosas que necesitan ser sustituidas o arregladas.
• Jvouin (9/5): Très beau gîte - Le gîte était tellement situé pour visiter Bruges, gant et Bruxelles. Il est propre bien équipé, le parking dans la rue est facile. Situé dans une impasse il y a peu de circulation. Décrochage sont très confortables. L'arrivée se fait avec une clé si tu es dans une boîte sécurisé. On est donc sur un arrière très adaptable. Il faut gravir des escaliers pour arriver à l'appartement ce que je n'avais pas prévu avec mes trois. Grosses valises, deux petites valises et 5 sacs. 😂 Une odeur assez mauvaise au niveau de ses escaliers d'entrée mais qui disparaît une fois dans l'appartement

Escaliers très raides Beaucoup d’entretien à prévoir, logement qui donne l’impression de tomber en ruine (selle des WC qui part sur le côté, colonne de douche qui menace de tomber, bouchon de lavabo qui ne tient plus, papier peint qui se décolle, volet du velux qui ne ferme plus…). Le gros bémol : nous avons été dérangés toute la nuit par une forte odeur d’égouts dans tout le logement

• Carla (9/5): Een prima week, met Brussel binnen handbereik en het bos letterlijk om de hoek - De ligging is fantastisch: je loopt met de hond zo het bos in. De keuken en woonkamer zijn lekker ruim, we hebben fijn eten staan koken. De communicatie met de verhuurder was prettig; toen we iets waren vergeten, werd dat snel opgelost. De bedden waren wat aan de stevige kant. Het huis was compleet, we hebben alleen een stofzuiger gemist om tussendoor nog even te kuisen.

• Francesco (7/5): Bene , per il prezzo e la posizione , casa carina .. ci sta ! - Casa accogliente , bella, ben fornita e soprattutto vicino a tutto , bruxelles, gand, bruges , anversa, ecc , ovviamente è ancora più comodo per chi viaggia in auto. L’unica pecca diciamo quello che ci è dispiaciuto era la puzza “tipo scarichi o fognature “ nelle scale d’ingresso che alla fine dei 4 giorni si sentiva un po di piú. L’avevo già letto nelle recensioni e il primo giorno non l’abbiamo sentita , ma poi pian piano sí, forse le docce e soprattutto sotto al lavabo della cucina , lí l’abbiamo sentita forte dal 1’ giorno.

• Jiri (7/5): Solide Unterkunft für das Geld - Modern eingerichtete Wohnung nahe Brüssel. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Räumen im 1. und 2. Stock. Im 2. Stock befindet sich ein Doppelbett, im 1. Stock ein Klappsofa, Küche, Bad. Mit der ziemlich steilen Treppe (ca. 45°), die in älteren Rezensionen kritisiert wurde, hatten wir keine Probleme. Am oberen Ende der Treppe befindet sich ein Treppenschutzgitter für Kleinkinder. Die Dusche ist geräumig, eine Ablagefläche für Duschegel ist da. Die Vermieterin spricht französisch, dank Whatsapp und Translatern war die Kommunikation reibungslos und die Antworten kamen prompt. Die Nähe der Bahn mit dichten Zugverkehr ist zwar suboptimal, uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Die Klappsofa ist eher für 1 Person, 2 schlanke Erwachsene oder Kinder geeignet. Moskitonetze in den Fenstern würden die Qualität der Unterkunft erhöhen.

• Karina (10/5): - A casa é perfeita fica perto de tudo Bruxelas, Bruges e Gent. A estação do trem é bem perto da casa. A casa é completa, não precisa se preocupar com nada. O anfitrião logo te responde as perguntas. O check-in é automático que é ótimo. A escada é um pouco íngreme demais, perigosa. E o ar condicionado deve ter um timer que na última noite, os dois foram desligados por volta da 1h da manhã e o quarto por ser um sótão no verão é muito quente.

We had an issue not being sent the code for the key box, we arrived very late at night and thought we would be unable to get in. On the plus side even though it was very late, the host did reply to our messages just as we were leaving and we got in. There are very steep stairs inside the property which we weren’t expecting and made carrying some of our luggage in tricky.

• Andrew (8/5): Comfortable stay on your road trip - Pros: most comfortable sofa bed I ever slept on, quiet, parking out front, Netflix, easy checkin and check out - owner just messaged us the lockbox key before we arrived Cons: front step is loose and almost slipped, plastic on the wall kept falling on the steps and we almost tripped, couldn’t find pillows so had to message the owner, no toilet paper and owner had to deliver it at 2am.

• Edvardas (7/5): Good place to stay to explore Belgium by car - Very convenient location to visit Brussels, Ghent, Bruges. Spacious apartment, well-equipped. Parking is on the street, but there is no problem to find free space. Quite narrow and steep stairs, so it may be problematic for older travelers or families with small kids (there is safety gates, however). Bad smell from kitchen sink and in the cupboard bellow the sink. WiFi was patchy and rather slow, especially on the 2nd floor.

• Emily (10/5): Stayed here twice so Lovey Experience Overall - Charming apartment, very clean and homely with everything needed, Smart TV, Wifi, Air conditioning , good space, on street parking in front of the building. The steep stairs had a child safety gate which was good Nothing at all. All was good, Just to say, take note that there is no freezer, not sure how accessible it would be if you are not driving and no toiletries
• Robinson (8/5): Very good - Big house, clean, good position near all the big cities in Belgium No freezer, the owner didn't shared with us the entrance code so we needed to call the booking support to get the code and to pay some money for doing this, no shower gel and no liquid soap, really steep and narrow entrance(typical for Belgian houses)

• Gabi (10/5): We had a very good experience, we recommend it - The apartment was great, very cozy and organized. If you don’t like stairs that could be a problem, but for us was ok. Stairs were secured, good for kids and pets
• Sebastian (8/5): Very good - Late check-in was super easy and flexible; the hosts were very responsive and the flat had everything to spend a relaxing short stay before making our final trip back home. The shower was a highlight and the equipment in the kitchen (tea, coffe pads) allowed us to continue our travel on the early monring well refreshed. The proximity of the rail tracks is something which might distrub guests who are not used to such noise. During a longer stay or when living there one might get used to ist but for a short stay, but the noise of the frequent trains with the first one starting around 05:00 in the morning woke up all of us quite early.

• Facundis (7/5): Good for connecting with nature in Belgium - It was a pleasant stay, I was working from there, internet connection was good and everything worked well. Good light. The owner live downstairs, but that's not an issue at all, they are really charming. Location is great for a get away, or to be a bit outside of the city. Lots of nature around, nice walks.

First time we had to do when we arrived was finding a store! Staircase super dirty Fridge and dish washer was not empty No matras cover for sleep couch 15 degrees in the house!!!! Radiators not working and air conditioning is not able to heat it. Hard bed mattrass Shower clogged

She was very friendly and our stay was without any problems. Nothing serious, everything was great. Just the stairs were a bit hard to climb. But it was safe for us, nothing to complain. But if you are traveling with old people or disabled, it would be a bit hard.
