• jahri (9/5): - Lekker rustig gedeelte, vriendelijke dame die ons goed hielp en de tijd nam, mooi huisje echt authentiek, en fijne ruime kamers. Wij komen hier terug als we weer naar Venetië gaan. Wc bril mag vervangen worden.
• Graham (9/5): A great place to stay in Venice - easy to reach from the airport, homely, good value, great host. Would recommend! - It felt welcoming and homely. It was a great part of town - close to the water bus, great bars and restaurants but not really crowded so perfect for our family. A short walk to all the tourist areas. Stephania was there to greet us and she was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was a bit old fashioned but it didn’t bother us.
• Sopio (10/5): The walk to Santa Lucia station was very convenient and took about 12 minutes - A very nice and cozy two-floor apartment in a pleasant location. The area is not overcrowded with tourists, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The house is well-organized, clean, and very comfortable

• Robert (8/5): It was very pleasant. - The location was fine as it was quiet and close to the railway station. There were also plenty of places to eat nearby. The approach to the property was disappointing as there was a lot of graffiti on the walls of the passageway. We were also bothered at night by mosquitoes, so screens on the windows would have been helpful.
• Bronwyn (8/5): Great location, overall comfortable. - The bedrooms were really comfortable and clean. The kitchen seemed really user friendly, but we could not find the grocery store! Some more local information would be great (the one on Google wasn't there). The shower was difficult to use and not clean. The rest of the bathroom was, but the shower needed instructions and a scrub.

• Amanda (9/5): Excellent - Very Central Location , Very Private and very quiet. Would definitely stay again or recommend other family members to stay here. The only Complaint ! Google maps did not work for us and it was quiet difficult to find the property(it was late at night) . But if travelling ask for directions to tre Archi Hotel/Bridge. Then follow the numbers above doors until at 916.

• Lamees (10/5): A wonderful stay in a very unique and cosy place! - The location was away from the tourist areas which made it a more peaceful place to come home to. There was a great affordable supermarket 5mins walk from the unit and a pizza place just a few metres away which was great for a lazy night in! We could only get one burner on the stove top working - which was our fault I think rather than the property’s fault.
• Michael'een (9/5): Great location and lovely, quiet and spacious appartment. - The property is conveniently located in a quiet area, alongside the ferry terminal on the fringe of the old ghetto, very near restaurants & shops. You felt like you were really living in Venice. The property itself is a very traditional & characterful, spacious, tastefully decorated, self-contained town house, with all the necessary facilities. There was a lightbulb with exposed wires above the shower which was is a safety concern, so we did not use that light. We hope this gets fixed. One of the window bars in the kitchen needed securing. There were instructions about how and what to recycle but we did not see any recycle containers.
• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - This is a real gem, basically a small house in Venice a shortish walk from the Train station right on one of the main canal's in Venice. Very quiet area with shops bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. One of the larger supermarkets is about 15 mins walk away with the property having plenty of shopping bags to utilise and a shopping trolley, which seems to be the norm. We arrived slightly earlier than expected but the owner confirmed the property was ready for our arrival. Whilst it's essentially a 2 up 2 down it had sufficient space for us all. ( Family of 4) Cannot recommend this place enough, the owner was quick at responding to messages and very courteous. Kids may have preferred 2 singles to sharing a double, but we knew what was available Nothing
