• Tina (3/5): - We liked the location. Dear, I am writing regarding our recent stay at your apartment in Malaga. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations based on the listing and the price we paid. First of all, the apartment did not look the same as in the photos. It was not properly cleaned or maintained – we noticed dust on the curtains, under the bed, and the living room area felt unfinished and poorly arranged. Another serious concern was the smart entry system. While the apartment relies on a code-based entry, there were no clear instructions provided in case the system failed due to internet issues or technical glitches. In fact, the system did malfunction during our stay. Although we were told that instructions for a physical key had been provided, I have checked the emails and can confirm that no such instructions were included. Additionally, the physical key was located in a completely different place from the apartment, which could have caused a serious issue if the malfunction had happened at night. Fortunately, it occurred during the day and we managed to solve the situation ourselves. There was also a problem with the electricity in the apartment – the breaker kept tripping, which caused the stove and refrigerator to stop working. We were then asked to reset the system ourselves, essentially having to deal with electrical issues during our stay, which is certainly not something guests should be responsible for. Considering the price we paid – especially for February in Malaga, where there are many well-priced alternatives on Booking – we feel the overall value and quality of the stay did not match the cost. We also visited your administrative office, but unfortunately we did not feel much understanding or assistance there, despite the fact that communication via email had been quite prompt. Because of all the above, we would like to kindly request a 20% refund of the total price as a fair compensation for the issues we experienced.

Klamka w mieszkaniu się rozkodowywala i drzwi dwa razy były otwarte kiedy wracaliśmy. Na szczęście nikt obcy nie wszedł do apartamentu w którym były wszystkie nasze rzeczy.

They just told us that they couldn't fix it and they couldn't bring us heaters. When I asked for a compensation, their condition was that they would give me €75 now and €75 after the review period expires as long as I don't put a negative review. They wanted to buy my review. Totally against booking.com policy. Stay away from that property management.

• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment and a great service. Everything was arranged easily and the apartment was specious, clean and had everything you could want. The parking is a few minutes walking distance and you can also reach the city center within 10-15 minutes on foot. Highly recommended!
• Noha (1/5): Very Bad - The whole experience was very bad the only good thing was the respectful way the company communicated with us ‏ - Our reservation was for 5 nights. We were only able to stay for two nights due to many issues including parking, cleanliness, smell, air conditioning, and more. Which made us have to book another accommodation and pay another amount for three nights ‏. - The apartment smells unbearable like sewage ‏ - The air conditioner was not working, we tried getting it fixed but nothing was done, which left us barely being able to sleep from the heat ‏ - The car parking is on the seventh floor and it is very narrow and poorly designed, which led to the car scratching very hardly on the wall, which forced us to leave the parking building and use the paid parking throughout our entire stay. - Furniture, towels and tools are bad and not equivalent to the amount paid. - Receiving the key was difficult and hard to find, the apartment key, parking key, and location to the apartment was extremely unclear - The pictures shown are different from reality in terms of the spaciousness and beauty of the place What made us have to leave the apartment at 11 pm was when we found a cockroach in the middle of the apartment. This, along with the previous reasons, was what made us leave the place and book another accommodation. We contacted the company about the refund, but they refused to refund the full amount, and we agreed to recover only 800 euros, only 500 euros were paid, and the rest of the payment has not been paid yet. The price of the apartment was very exaggerated compared to the building, furniture and other services

• Michel (8/5): We had a great time in this spacious and beautiful apartment - Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Well equiped kitchen and nice seating area. Upon arrival we had to wait for about an hour before somebody braught the keys to the apartment. Luckily there was a bar around the corner where we could wait.
