Плюсом является кофемашина. Оставливались на одну ночь. Было бы хорошо оставлять воду. Также душ маловат, но это не критично.

However, The shower is a little uncomfortable because the it is tiny for large people. The coffe maker was dirty because the water compartment was keeping dirty water so it wasnt set up for new arrivals. The manager was nice. Thanks so much !

• Bruce (10/5): - Property was accross the street from a government building with 24/7 security, so the street was very safe in this spot. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, room was ready on time as promised. Walking distance on the same street was a mini mart and multiple cafes.

Это очень важно, до вокзала минут 15 пешком, прям у вокзала не советую селиться, ночью там жесть) Номер не большой, но очень симпатичный! Мы остались довольны. Номер на фотографиях выглядит больше) на самом деле маленький. Окна выходили в двор-кололец.
• Thomas (9/5): Just fine for a short stay in Rome - Location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the main attractions. The room was quiet, comfortable, good AC. Modern bathroom. Bed was large and comfy. I only saw staff once (cleaning staff) and they were very nice and friendly. The room was a little on the smaller side and could do with some paint touch-ups. The view was also not great, but these are minor issues. It is good value for money.

Teníamos toallas limpias y diferentes jabón para ducharnos cada día. La habitación muy limpia, pasaron por la mañana a limpiar y hacernos la cama. Para el chek-in llegamos antes de la hora y no hubo problema, nos guardaron las cosas hasta que la habitación estuvo preparada. Sin duda si volvemos a Roma repetiremos!

• Sander (10/5): Veldig bra, kommer lett tilbake - Veldig god beliggenhet og rolig. Verten var utrolig hjelpsom og tilgjengelig. Vi kom noen timer før det var mulig med innsjekk, men vi fikk lov å legge bagasjen hos dem i mellomtiden. Heisen var forvirrende, vi brukte bare trappene, det gikk veldig fint.

• Guest (5/5): It was okay - The location was nice , the shower was big and comfortable with many soaps and clean , the bed also had good pillows and sheets and the staff was okay. First the elevator was not comfortable because if somebody left the door open it wouldn’t operate and it did happen and we had to walk 4 floors to get to the room, secondly the hot water in the shower didnt last long only for 3-5 minutes so we had to speed it our showers . The soundproofing of the room was very bad because we could hear people talking , going to the bathroom . Lastly we requested an iron for our stay and the lady gave it to us but requested it back the next day and we said okay but some other lady came to our room and knocked which i didnt answer because it was very early in the morning but then she tried to unlock the door which i got up and opened and gave her the iron..

• derya (8/5): - The facility was nice and clean. The person who met us was very polite. It was nice to be able to deliver our luggage in advance. The shower area was very small. There was no space to bend down and even get shampoo. The rooms were small. The duvet cover kept coming off, there were no buttons. That's how we saw that the duvet was stained.

• Said (8/5): - The location is great the lady at the front desk is nice and helpful , but the place needs lot of improvement there is no closet for your clothes , the bathroom door always open the fridge is too old .

Inoltre, la finestra non ha serrande o sistemi di chiusura e, pertanto, alle prime luci dell'alba, attese le tende aperte per fare passare l'aria condizionata, mi sono svegliato. Inoltre, il mio sonno è stato disturbato dal condizionatore stesso che aveva un problema tecnico.

Vàrem poder deixar les maletes a la recepció tranquil·lament i sense pagar. L'habitació és petita, com també el bany. La dutxa és molt estreta. L'aire condicionat feia bastant de renou.

• bruno (8/5): - The room is clean and well maintained and the AC was appreciated. It is very well placed, minutes away from the red metro line and many bus stops while on a calm street away from the saturated centre. The staff is kind, responsive and facilitating. Not much, but for the future travelers, I wanted to let them know that my room only had a few cloth hangers but no cabinet or wardrobe to store my clothes. Also, there is no safe in the room and, if you want to leave your luggage at the property after checking out, they can be left unattended in the hallway because the reception is not permanent.

• Yee Ing (7/5): Cozy stay in the best neighbourhood - Amazing location away from the crowds but also super strategic and walkable to iconic places. The neighbourhood is super safe. Check in process is very easy. There’s a vintage cage lift in this building to get to the floor, very minimal steps. Love the bed, slept like a baby every night and also the daily cleaning service helps keep the space in place. Yuldulz is very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a cozy stay to come home after a whole day of discovering beautiful Roma 💕 The room is quite small but it’s good enough for a couple and for coming back to rest after a long day of exploring.
• AMANDA (5/5): Brief overnight stay, would have appreciated more sleep. - Staff were friendly, instructions to access the property were good. Room was a good size with everything you need. Space was quiet, but if people were coming and going, we were opposite the main door and it would have been noisy. The curtains were white and let all the light in at 4am. The plumbing was ridiculously noisy, when they flushed the toilet in the next room it was super loud. Not sure if the room temperature controls worked or not, but the temp was comfortable.

La personne à l accueil était très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Peut être une meilleure signalétique à l arrivée pour accéder au logement la première fois.
