Important Information
It is important to know that you can arrive at the accommodations and self-check in at any time, but the partner will be available by phone only from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM in case you have any problems collecting the key.
Please leave your shoes at the entrance of the penthouse apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the penthouse apartment.
We only accept guests who have been registered through the platform. Each additional guest will be charged CHF 100.00 per night.
Infants aged 0 to 4 who have not been registered through the platform will also be charged CHF 50.00 per night.
Pets are not allowed at the property
Wi-Fi. To connect to the internet, you can use the QR code located next to the main door or copy the code located on the router under the TV.
In the kitchen, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, and some basic cooking spices. There are also other groceries left by other guests. You can use what you need.
The bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap, and towels.
Parties are not permitted.
It is forbidden to receive visitors of more than two people. Visitors cannot stay overnight in my accommodations. I will prepare the beds and towels according to the number of people you have booked.
If you damage anything, please let me know and arrange for a replacement.
Please turn off the lights, fan, and air conditioning when you leave the penthouse each day.
Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy.
The grill can be used and should be cleaned afterwards. The grill runs on gas, but you must purchase the required gas. Sometimes the previous guest left gas in the container.
All the plants are real, and touching them is prohibited. I would really appreciate it if you could just water the plants on the terrace. If you're planning a very long stay, I'll definitely come to the penthouse apartment to water the plants. I always let you know in advance via text message.
There are two USB ports in the kitchen that you can use to charge your electronic devices if yours isn't compatible with the Swiss system.
Please always lock the front door with your key.
Please always use a tablecloth when eating to prevent the table from getting dirty.
Switzerland has very strict regulations regarding garbage. Garbage may only be disposed of in the designated containers in blue bags (fee-based). A gray container is provided for this purpose. I provide one or two blue bags for garbage. When you leave the apartment, please place all waste in the blue garbage bags and dispose of it in the appropriate containers.
The glass doors to the balcony are complicated to operate, so we always explain how to open and close them to prevent damage.
The parasol on the terrace must remain closed when not in use.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Abi (10/5): Great for families - The property was perfect for what we needed! Be careful when booking for the number of rooms!
We needed the three rooms, and because there is a bunk bed in one of the rooms, the host counts this as two beds, therefore usually locks one room. Fortunately we arrived and all doors were unlocked, but the host stated that they would come back the following day to close a room as we did not require all beds. We had a text exchange and they did not come to close a door.
There was no remote for the large sunshade ourside, so we could not create more enough shade when our children were playing on the balcony.

- Joel (9/5): Lovely stay in this beautiful apartment - It's avery good poperty with very goiod facilities and the roof terrace was awesome. The sliding doors were so cool with great views of Mt Pilatus. You can also lie there and jsut enjoy the aircrafts pasisng through and paragliders! Around 10mins walk away is a bus stop and there are buses every 20mins or so. The lighting in the kitchen area is bit dim and could do with an adidtional light maybe else difficult to use on the far end of the kicthen.
- Rhona (9/5): - Excellent location, a short walk to the train station and grocery store, and only 2 stops to the main station in Lucerne. Beautiful view of Mount Pilatus from the patio. Easy check-in. Lots of space. Overall a great spot. Insufficient lighting in the kitchen made for a few challenges for food prep, but not a major inconvenience.

- Kelsey (8/5): Great space - The view was exceptional and the patio was very nice. AWESOME views of Mount Pilatus. Three bedrooms was a good find for a group trip. The location was a 7-10 minute walk from the MATTENHOF train stop, which is two stops from the main train station in Luzern. Very quick train ride. Not in a tourist area, its more industrial, but easy access to the train station. Compared to our other bookings, the directions on how to get to the train station to the property were not clear. We did not have a smooth check in and the host was then extremely rude then from that point forward. If it weren't for the host being so rude, I would stay here again. If looking to stay here, coming from Luzern - remember MATTENHOF train stop. Then its a 7 to 10 minute walk. There is also a SEPERATE tourist tax per person per night that you have to pay. That would have been nice to know before booking rather than when we arrived. It would be nice if it was just combined in the original payment.

- Mohnish (10/5): Best stay ever! - It is one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in all our travels. It’s a stunning penthouse with full glass windows and a huge terrace. Absolutely breathtaking views of Pilatus. The rooms are modern and well maintained. The apartment is kept very clean. Nothing to not like

leaving us no lights both in living room and kitchen, no internet...

It would have been nice to have some stocked tea & coffee - the only teas available were fruit teas & no milk to have with coffee. Also it would have been great to have some brochures available or some info about how to catch the bus & where the nearest supermarket was.
But we really had a good time there. Just a few tweaks & comfy pillows would make all the difference.

- Elize (10/5): Spacious and modern apartment, perfect for a bigger group! - The apartment is very big and spacious and the balcony has views of Mount Rigi and Mount Pilatus! The kitchen is well equipped and even has spices to use for cooking. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the Kriens Nidfeld busstop, and the bus only takes 10 minutes to Luzern train station. The host doesn't speak English, so communicating when we met face-to-face was extremely difficult. I had to communicate with her through the Booking.com app which seemed to translate our conversation, but we still managed to get all the information we needed, so this wasn't too much of a negative point.

The area was a business district and housing, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. There are two grocery stores nearby and several fast food restaurants for a quick meal. The flat was so comfortable & the beds were amazing! The host was very communicative and helpful. Wonderful stay! Not much to not like! I would say the one drawback is that it’s not as close to Old Town- but is only about a 7 minute train ride.
