• Jeremy (10/5): Great for family or friend groups. Highly recommended. - Spacious accommodations.drive-in garage. Not far from all the activities on Philip Island. Nothing too much in particular, wish they had a/c in the other rooms other than the big one facing the road. Shower stall, and bathrooms, not very kid friendly. Would have been good to have a hanging hands on removable shower head.

• Shu (9/5): Very new and spacious home! - Spacious living area, separate TV (with Youtube etc) and lounge for kids. 2 bathrooms (e suite shower is huge) Master bedroom got a little noisy with the street traffic in the early morning.
• Tk (2/5): 4 bedroom house has only 1 AC in master & other rooms were super hot and couldn't sleep. - House is spacious and lighting is good Bedrooms do not have the AC nor a fan is provided. They are renting it as 4 bedroom property. Except master bedroom all the other rooms dont have comfort to sleep in warm weather like summers. House is covered by elevated houses around and no proper ventilation or air flow when we open the window for sleep. We were really restless and sleepless because of it. First night we were restless and second night most of us slept in master bedroom on floor by putting sheets and quilts from other rooms. The quilts were low quality and when we use we were sweating. Even basic facilities like milk for tea/coffee nor paper towels/ napkins not provided. I went to coles to get the basic stuff like milk and tissues. Bad experience and became restless and we could not sleep well.

• James (8/5): Apart from the safety aspect, we really enjoyed our time in this beautiful,clean home. - Very well laid out home for our family. Information given to us was excellent. The house was not completely fenced off so felt a bit nervous that someone could get in. In this day and age safety is a big requirement.

• Alice (10/5): A true gem in Cowes! - The house is huge! Beautifully styled and very clean. Being a "smart" home was pleasingly innovative and very easy to check in. This, coupled with the secure garage, made us feel very safe. We also loved how close it was to everything on the island and beyond. We highly recommend this property. The lack of block-out blinds in the bedroom beside the laundry.

• Glenda (9/5): Loved our stay & would highly recommend it for family catch ups like we had ! - Great location, quiet, close to supermarkets, restaurants & attractions, the house was immaculate & will be even better when the landscaping is completed, we had a group of seven & there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their stay, the games were a nice surprise, they definitely bought fun & laughter to our stay :) The beds were a bit too firm for everyone in our group, mattress toppers would be a great addition & make them more comfy.

• Mark (10/5): Absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be doing it again as soon as we can! - Location is great, 15 minute walk to main streets. House is spacious, has enough rooms and excellent TV services with two separate spaces should you need to watch two different shows, etc. Just the right amount of scent devices about the place. Having a closing garage was very helpful for privacy and loading/unloading the car, groceries, etc. Could have helped to know the Bin schedule so we could have put out the right bin for them ;-). The outside area is still being finished which was fine for us but would have been an issue if you had kids along.

The property was good but there was construction next door and we were driven to distraction with the noise. The house was newly built but landscaping hadn't been done. BBQ was dirty and we couldn't find BBQ utensils. Also, some feedback: 1. Nowhere to hang washing except a clothes horse 2. No clothes dryer 3. No DVD player 4. No coffee machine 5. Difficult to park 2 cars in the garage as there was planks of wood against the wall. 5. No bedside lamps 6. No blinds in one bedroom so got really hot. 7. Not enough pots or pans

• Canfield (10/5): Beautiful holiday home - Lovely and comfortable atmosphere. Everything we needed was supplied. So central that we could walk to the centre of town or a short drive to all attractions. Back yard was still under construction

• Dianne (2/5): I’m sorry that I booked this house. The owners are not transparent in the booking.com site waiting until all is paid for - Not a whole lot to be honest. Apart from the fact it is relatively new and has a reasonably good kitchen Couldn’t access house to start with. Door code and directions to use front door did not work . The phone number attached to the booking did not respond to messages. The directions left in the book at the house to clean etc were disappointing to read as we had booked a weekend away to relax not to clean someone else’s rental property for them. The house was not clean in our arrival with long black hairs found on Floors throughout the house along with dirt and dust. We’re a family of blonde and fair haired members. There are many hazards in and around the house and if I had of known the house was not really up to standards to be safe to rent then I would not have chosen this property. I was directed to park vehicles in the garage and driveway therefore had to risk injury walking on stacks of timber left in garage in order to exit my car. My 4 year old Granddaughter injured herself getting out of bed as mattress on trundle bed is smaller than base and leaves a cavity where her foot fell through between bed slats grazing her shin. The outdoor area decking does not meet up with the retaining wall creating another hazard with risk of someone stepping off the edge and injuring themselves due to the gap.

It had everything we needed for our short stay loved that being 3 adult family members we each had our own room..I wish we could have stayed longer just to spend a day lounging around . Couldn't say we disliked anything . This is a brand new home and I am sure it will have a few minor hiccups.
