- Yuen Tung (1/5): Terrible - SCAM BEWARE. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. We had the misfortune of staying at Annos13. In the middle of our first night there, we were woken up by a large CRASH sound and discovered the bathroom shower glass shattered out of nowhere, glasses covered the floor, rendering the bathroom unusable. Shaken, we took videos and photos and reported it straight away to the landlord and booking.com (website we booked on). We were unable to sleep for the rest of the night, googling how the hell this could happen (number of reasons including defective glasses, bad installation etc.), thinking it was just lucky the glass didn’t fell on top of us whilst we were inside the toilet. We could have gotten seriously injured. We had a wedding to go to first thing in the morning, and we were unable to use the toilet to get ready which was a chaotic and stressful experience in itself. What’s worse, the landlord proceeded to take unauthorised consecutive payments from our card, charging first €300, then €400 without speaking to us to find out what happened, then sent us an invoice quoting €900 for the smashed glass several hours later. They also pocketed the €200 deposit we paid at the beginning. They never arranged another room for us, did not even change the towels in the bathroom where the glass pieces flew everywhere. We never met them. The cleaner they sent merely swept up the glasses and left us for the rest of the trip. They said we can go to other hotels if we want. The room was noisy in night times when we could hear traffic and people screaming. They did not give us slippers or coffee pods in our room as advertised. And booking.com could do nothing about this! Zero guarantees to protect those who choose to rent here. Stay away and spend your money with reputable hotels!

- Suzana (10/5): Perfect - I had a wonderful stay at ANOO13. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed and ideal for exploring Napoli. The apartment itself is great – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I truly enjoyed my time here and had a very pleasant stay. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Napoli.

- Polly (9/5): Excellent - Really enjoyed our stay - was a self entry property but it all felt very safe (especially as we were two girls staying in the area!) and there were three points of entry to unlock. Guido was always on hand to help on WhatsApp and even recommended a reasonably priced taxi company for the airport journey. Was a good area to be in - was my 3rd time in Naples and this was by far the best location and also property for the price you pay. The room also had automated blinds and had great sunlight and was super clean and spacious and noise free.
