• Vedrana (9/5): Superb - The apartment is really very comfortable and is excellent for a longer stay. For four people it was extremely spacious and we appreciated the kitchen, fridge, blender and washing machine and two bathrooms. The parking space is available. It was easy to find the location. The owner's instructions were clear and it was easy to enter and leave the apartment.
• Juste (6/5): bare mininum - The apartment is in the city center, so everything was close by and nice, but the communication was non existent. The price that is charged is basically what you get, so I recommend not having any high expectations. We recieved check in info but no more responses to following questions. We wrote in Spanish so it wouldn't be a hassle to response - nevertheless no responses was gotten. There was no hot water, the gas stove stopped working after a day, a lot of small ants in the kitchen (in the sofa bed too). We booked for a group of 7, clearly stating that one person will be required to sleep on the sofa, yet there were no bedding or sheets prepared. We dug into the help room to find some bedding for the sofa bed, and collecting between the other beds the rest of what was missing. The upstairs master bedroom has no door to the downstairs area, so no sound isolation between the bedroom and living room/kitchen.

We had a lot of fun with friends - It is a beautiful two floors apartment located in Cancun city centre. The top floor is a self-contained bedroom with en-suite and an outdoor private terrace. Not a major problem but there was no elevator.
