• Foote (4/5): - No reception to leave luggage as stated in description. Host refused to send check in instructions until well after check in time. Had to sit in another hotels reception for over an hour while we waiting to be sent the check in instructions. Online check in system didn't work, had to text a selfie 6 times and the hosts phone couldn't receive them. Very frustrating set up. Wants to charge $100 for a late check out (midday) even though no guests were staying after.

• Rosa Leung (8/5): - Located at the heart of CBD, the apartment is very convenient and walkable to many places. It is well equipped with basic essentials and suitable for family with 4 members. It is a lovely place to stay in Brisbane city. The property seems to forget us when checking in. We have been stuck at the reception for more than one and half hours with no response and reply at all. It's a terrible experience and a waste of time.
• Hannah (3/5): Disappointed - Great location Poor management. Our check in was delayed an hour because they couldn’t find the key. We then had to wait for someone to bring us the spare key. No parking close by. A week after we left someone called asking where our key was - after I explained we returned it to the shop across the road (as instructed) they asked us about “the other key” my guess is they still hadn’t found the original key. Check in process was very confusing & way to many emails and text messages.

• Lorraine (9/5): - position of accomodation Didn't realise it was a private booking and I found the collection of keys and booking in was confusing. We got there in the end and had a good stay
• Reinhard (8/5): - Communication with the owner and checkin instructions were clear and easy via the app. A simple arrangement to pick up the key from the all-night shop across the road. The apartment was clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised.

• Joannes (5/5): It was sufficient for a short stay. The booking information was very misleading. This is an airbnb - The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed. The instructions to get the keys were difficult. The secrecy about the procedure, and only supplying the information 24 hours beforehand was strange and unwelcome. Why? And then all the information we had to provide, plus payment up front. And then having to sign a very one-sided contract after having paid. The constract safeguards the property completely - all liability on our side. The toilet in the bathroom wasn't flushed after last use when we arrived.. The wash basin was cracked. The seating furniture is due for replacement. Glasses and cutlery could have been cleaned better. The TV had constatnt freeze frames. The normal DTV channels were unavailable, and the available channels weren't worth watching. The wifi was abominable - it just kept failing/switching off,. The problem is because the connection to internet was through 4G - too weak - and overused. And why? An upgrade to NBN is (almost) free of charge.

• Natalie (8/5): Fantastic location & very affordable - Location was fab! Very comfortable & well appointed. Pool & steam room was amazing Step into the bath was very high. Lots of roadworks outside the door so noisy 24/7
• Yi-Chien (10/5): - A clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to cook and do our laundry during our stay. We had a great time staying there. The host, Olivia, responded to our questions promptly. Before check-in, I had to fill out an online form, upload a photo of my passport, and a $500 deposit was charged to my credit card. The deposit was successfully refunded after my stay. However, since I stayed for nearly a week, the deposit authorization expired after 7 days and was charged again, which confused and worried me. There have been serious scams using Booking.com’s messaging system, where scammers sent a link through a hotel’s official Booking.com account claiming that my credit card payment had failed, asking me to reconfirm my credit card information. Because of this, I feel very insecure about uploading such private information online.
• Claire (10/5): Excellent communication and fantastic location - It was a really easy process to collect and return the keys. The communication was brilliant and the location was perfect! So central! Brilliant for the price! I didn't realise how small the second bedroom was but it worked fine so not a huge draw back in my situation.

• Xueyun (10/5): Wonderful. All of us are enjoy staying at the apartment. - The landlord Olivia is the best landlord I have ever met in Australia. She do her best to reply every question ASAP. She’s apartment is fantastic with 2 bed rooms, a bathroom, a living room.
• Sumarie (6/5): Comfortable stay but check in and out is difficult - Location was great The arrangement to get and drop off keys are not good! I drop the keys off after holiday at the convenient store and after 3 weeks they text me that I lost the keys and took $250 out of my account! this is not fair and I feel cheated and are very disappointed ! I mostly book my holidays through Booking.com
• Stephen (8/5): Great Value and Location - The location of the property is in Mary Street only two blocks from the Queen Street Mall and in very close proximity to the new Casino site. Very close to the Botanical Gardens and access to Southbank. Although we didn't use them, the apartment has cooking and washing facilities for a family stay. For its location the apartment is outstanding value. The apartment has a shower/bath that the lip is quite high and would be an issue for an older person or someone with mobility issues. Otherwise, was all good.
