La casa è bellissima, molto accogliente e arredata con grande gusto. Gli ambienti sono curati nei dettagli, puliti e confortevoli, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La posizione è centralissima, comodissima per visitare Venezia, a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura. Niente

• Andrii (9/5): - Дуже гарне розташування. Не далеко від усіх основних місць. Не вистачало чайника, стаканів та фужерів для вина. Треба брати з собою фумігатор, щоб можна було відкрити вікна, тому що не вистачає повітря. Сіток на вікнах нема.

Все близко. Можно позавтракать в рядом находящихся кафетериях. Удобный доступ в апартаменты без ключа. Чисто, есть белье и полотенца. Очень ограничены расходные принадлежности. Мало посуды. Проблема с использованием техники. Постоянный шум от прибора вентиляции.

• Tracey (10/5): We loved staying at Ca' Fabrizio. The apartment had all facilities we needed. Our host was superb. - The location was great! Quite central to the heart of Venice. We were able to walk to most destinations.

Ev sahibimiz bizimle nazikçe iletişime geçti, buluşmak kolay oldu. Eve kadar eşlik etti. Evde bizim için büyük bir şişe su ve Prosecco hediyesi bırakmıştı, mutlu olduk. Şehirle ilgili tavsiyelerde bulundu. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Ev eski tabi, ve rutubet kokusu mevcut. Bu beni çok rahatsız etti. Venedik'te beklenen bir problem belki ama koku hiç sevmediğim birşey.

• Jw_aus (9/5): Venice comfy surprise - Our host Baba was excellent. He gave us clear directions as to where to meet him. When we arrived he was waiting, and assisted us with our luggage. Gave us heaps of information of where to eat, etc. The apartment was comfortable and the decor was nice. We would definitely recommend it to everyone and would stay here again. The only thing that I could complain about was the slight smell of mould, if that can somehow be treated that would be great.

• Claudia (5/5): Great location, friendly host but towels and sheets not well cleaned. - Location and host were great. Close to all attractions within a 10-15 min walk. Grocery store down the street was convenient. You have to walk down a dark alley at night to get to the door but that wasn't a big deal for us. Apartment had a musky and mildew smell. All the towels smelt like cigarette smoke and like a dirty wet towel that was not dried properly. The bedding had hairs and stains which was not pleasant at all. I had to wash towels and sheets in order to use them. Luckily they had a working washing machine. No shampoo was provided, only body wash. Oven did not work.
