• Chiew (9/5): Nice place for the price - The house was spacious and clean. The host was responsive and it was very important because there was a blackout suddenly and she was very prompt in responding.
• Kevin (10/5): Excellent stay in Milan - Clear instructions sent via Whatsapp Great location near Crocetta which is only a few stops away from Duomo and Centrale, but the newer metro line is also around the corner if you are coming from Linnate airport. Also some very decent restaurants in Porta Romana one stop away. Very quiet at night, had great sleep. Air con and shower fine. Had pretty much everything we needed. Ate in restaurants so can't comment on kitchen facilities. Opening door initially on website a little fiddly but can collect normal keys after this. Might be worth putting instructions for using the left and right window shutters in the living room, had to Google how to use these!

• Lenka (7/5): Good location, but a bit worn out - The apartment is in a good location, close to landmarks and very near an underground station. Although the building is a standard apartment building the near area is nice. The building was quiet which was important for us. It looked better in pictures that in reality. It was a bit worn out, the linen wasn’t great quality and the windows too. So we were a bit dissapointee

The hosts are accessible and helpful, responding quickly to every question. You can easily reach the Duomo either on foot, by tram, or by metro. nothing
• Petru (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very close to town centre, great communication by host, easy to find. Good value for the money, I can go again. There isn't a microwave in the apartment. We used mugs and plates, but they needed a good wash , who washed them before just cleaned it out with water just. Other than that, everything was great.

The apartment is reasonably priced, and more. -Proximity to Piazza del Duomo: 8 to 12 minutes walking. -Public transportation nearby, as well as a grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shop, gelateria, right there. - somewhat away from tourist traps. - very nice restaurants nearby. - I would definitely stay here again. - I would definitely recommend Hale Apartments, Piazza Romana. - no, I am not a relative of Francesca and Andrea Nothing

• Cristian (10/5): Great place in Milano - The apartment is great. It is very big, comfortable and fully equipped. It was clean and also very quiet. The apartment faces the interior court (very nice), so there will be no noise coming from the street. It is in walking distance to the Duomo or you can the metro (2 stations). Metro station is 2-3 minutes away. In the neighborhood you will find supermarkets (one downstairs) and restaurants (one downstairs) and also bakeries and pizza shops. Nothing to dislike about the property

It’s near a hospital, so ambulances all the time. The people in the building complex start making noises very early, as builders are all over the area.

• Amin (9/5): White Shades in Milan - Apartment was so big and spacious. The location was also perfect, it's at the heart of the city as well. The subway station is just opposite the apartment. But the highlight were the hosts. They are always available (through WhatsApp), and they were so friendly. They made sure whether everything was okay, and even gave recommendations of breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks spots for us to try. Nothing actually! The rain dampened our mood a bit, but it was great to always come back to a cosy and comfy apartment.
