- Ariza (6/5): - The location of the property is great, it has good views and the facilities provided in the apartment was great. We had a toddler and we were able to make food for him in the apartment as cooking utensils plates and fridge was provided. Bedroom and bathroom was standard, whatever we needed was there. There was a sofa bed as well and it was fairly large. Communication between host was great, and they did provided detailed information on the property. The property was fairly clean in the open area but was fairly dusty in the bathroom cabinet and around the corners areas, when I use wet wipes to cleaned it I can fairly see a lot of dust, I just wish they cleaning management would pay attention to this better.
- sheraz (1/5): Dirty carpet, walls, balcony and bathrooms. Broken cupboard doors. Wall mirror stored in the cupboard instead of hanging - Location Cleanliness and maintenance was poor. Water leaking onto the floor from the AC. Cupboard door hinges broken.

- Clement (7/5): - There wasn't enough seating to accommodate considering it has 3 bedrooms which could account for 5 people. Only 3 dining chairs and 3 seater couch.
- Katharine (10/5): Melbourne central apartment - Brilliant location, 5 mins to Spencer street station and within the free tram zone. So much amazing food, supermarkets and shopping. Great views from the apartment and very comfortable. All of us had a wonderful time. Was concerned about checking in and having to collect the key from a lock box, but shouldn't have been because it all went a long really smoothly. Everything was communicated well and instructions were very clear. Would have been nice to have a BBQ on the balcony to be able to cook some of the delicious produce from Queen Vic markets.
- Susan (8/5): Great location and apartment which needs a few improvements as suggested above - Clean functional and enough room for our family group The check in/out situation was inconvenient and complex and only one key set was available for a group of six people which was not at all ideal!
