Would stay again. - The setup is a bit unconventional being a shared appartment, but the hosts are very respectful of your privacy and the room and facilities are excellent value for money. At the risk of sounding petty, the towel sucked.
• Nina (4/5): I am upset it was not communicated anywhere on the website about the apartment situation. - It was in a great location and relatively clean. I was expecting to stay in a rental property, not in someone’s apartment. There were two bedrooms: one set for rental, and the other was clearly occupied by someone full time. I contacted the renter to ensure no one would be occupying that room while I was there, but it was unnerving thinking they could come home at any minute.

• Nicholas (1/5): Horrible-Avoid at all costs. Misleading advertising, poor customer service! - Nothing- poor communication, bad service, fridge was messy, no communication about carpark. I was in Brisbane for work for 5 nights, obviously for work you want your own space. On the booking.com app it doesn't have the host information present, only on web browsers, and in the room description, it states nothing about sharing the unit with the host. Listed as a 'private room' with a 'private bathroom', and the unit offers 'one private room'. All these statements are false, bathroom, amenities, lounge and kitchen all to be shared with a random person, after considerate communication with the property manager Elonzo or whatever his name is, no compromise and proceeded to take the full fee of $604, despite me not even having stayed one night. I'd understand if he would need to take one night's fee given the room was not available that night. This guy is not worth your time. Look elsewhere! Pending legal proceedings in place for this experience.
