• Eddy (9/5): Lovely apartment in a old building, quiet and secure with a lift. The location is near the metro. - Communication with the host was excellent, the shower was reasonably hot, the room is a good size. Having a lift/elevator was very helpful and the property felt secure. Recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants was provided by accessing a QR code which took you to google drive documents, it was very professional. The wifi signal was strong and the TV was excellent, we even found one channel in English (CNN news). The bed was quite hard and there are steps within the apartment which may not suit those with mobility challenges and also some older persons.

• Daniel (10/5): - This is a nice and unique place to stay and the team was excellent at keeping in touch. They even facilitated early check in which was most appreciated. I would stay here again however you should be prepared for how busy Naples is!
• Thomas (6/5): Wouldn't go back. - The facility was in a very run down building and a part of town that was not tourist oriented. There was no food service though there were beverages and snacks in a small fridge. There was a very small elevator. The loby and rooms thmselves were well decorated and equipped. staff had limited availabiltiy though were friendly and helpful.

They were able to make recommendations of places to eat and where to tour. Cant thank them enough and cant wait til we're back in Naples so we can enjoy this experience again

Kind Places is located about 100 meters from Piazza Dante and is the ideal base for exploring beautiful Naples. The B&B is furnished with care and an Italian touch. The panoramic view to Napoles city from our balcony was absolutely stunning. We especially appreciated the little touches which made it feel like a true home away from home. • Kristin (10/5): - First things first - awesome. Now here is what i didn't know or realise when i booked this property. 1. I booked for 4 prople; 1 queen bed and 2 twins. This is exceptional for Europe...you really don't find this option in a reasonably priced hotel. But what i really didn't appreciate was that in this case...its two rooms. The queen bed is in one room with a freestanding tub, heat pump/ac unit and 4 piece ensuite bathroom complete with heated towel bar and hair dryer. Yes you get shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap! But those two twin beds i mentioned...they are in a separate room...with a separate heat pump/ac unit, TV, a safe and a mini fridge and...only availbale during the winter months, a biogel fireplace that looks like ot would be amazing! So bottom line whether you need space to sleep 4 or just for yourself suite 101 is a great option!! 2. The ac works...and I mean WORKS. I have read enough hotel reviews to know this is not always true. 3. This is not a hotel, nor a B&B. It is like living in Europe, a suite inside a "regular" apartment building that has been completely modernized. So you get that peace and tranquility of coming and going like at home, but in a lovely unit and a very real European experience. 4. Smart plugs. I was worried about charing phones etc but the wall outlets have USB plugs built in to them. It really was a wonderful experience from the thoughtful hosts to the great area for experiencing Naples, access to metro...and it has an elevator! Gr

• Lynn (9/5): Superb - Staff was great, very attentive and allowed us to check in early. The place was clean and relatively quiet given the location. We had an issue with the bathroom door and staff came immediately to resolve it. They also reserved a taxi for us to the airport, so extremely helpful! It was hard to tell from the pictures online how the place was actually laid out. We had unit 101 which was 2 bedrooms but very tight for 4 people! My 16 year old son didn't really fit in the twin bed. Water pressure was really bad.

Gio is a great host, and looked after us all through the stay. And Napoli is mad, but fantastic, with foid and drink to match.
• Kelli (10/5): - Started our stay off with a very warm and friendly reception from Govi and his mother, they were very accommodating during our time in Napoli . The room is a quiet oasis complete with a large walk in shower and small balcony. The location is easily walkable from the Metro and close to the historic old town , so it was very easy to explore the city. I Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Napoli.
• Jonathan (9/5): Great for a short break - A more than adequate, well-presented room on the 5th floor of a traditional city centre multi-storey residential building, not far from the Piazza Dante metro station and close to a good selection of bars and eateries to suit most tastes. Giovanni was very accommodating - our flight was to bring us in earlier than the normal check-in time and, although our flight was delayed, he made efforts to accommodate an early arrival and ended up having to deal with a late arrival. Good communication throughout. I would recommend for a short break. Photo of the front door - if you didn't know, you wouldn't find it on your own! And views from the "balcony". A few too many mirrors (for my liking!) and an over-priced mini-bar (which we didn't use). The lift was quirky and cosy!

The building is old and charming, but the suites are fresh, artsy, and modern. Our host was attentive and thorough, and the room had every amenity you could ask for with luxurious flourishes, including a killer shower and enormous spa tub to help relax us for the long flight ahead. The location was superb…virtually all of the best shopping and dining was steps from the property. (We recommend Posca for the best breakfast and atmosphere!)
