- Zlatan (7/5): - If you want to experience the busy vibrant life of Hanoi and living amongst locals it is a great place. We got new towels and bed sheets changed during our stay which was nice. Easy to walk too any point around the Old Quarter. Hanoi is loud so don't expect a good nights sleep. Host replies seldom or pretty much doesn't reply to messages and questions. Floor was not clean. Only one sink in the kitchen area.

- Noel (7/5): Good - Location was very good, central and close to everything. Supermarkets nearby. The apartment was nice, but it would benefit from a deep clean in some areas. The electrical wiring also needs to be tidied up. There are lots of exposed junctions. The apartment is in an alleyway and part of a residential block. We found the neighbours very noisy during our stay.

It is well equipped- has everything needed for a short term stay- washing machine, electric hot plate, pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator, smart TV with Netflix, high speed WiFi. Clean, comfortable and centrally located, walking distance to major attractions. The host Henry and Ann were very prompt in responding to our queries. One thing to note, there is only one window in the kitchen that opens up for fresh air, all other windows are sealed with glass. Bring your own basic groceries tea/coffee/sugar/oil etc. Nothing
