The apartment has everything you need, everything you think about - you have there. The owner was very communicative, respond us in seconds. And they were very considerate about our comfortable, even arranged us ZTL permission because of my disability. All perfect

The apartment was large and had all the amenities we needed. Our hosts kept in touch during our stay and responded to our messages pretty much immediately. All in all, the place was exceptional! Nothing could have been better

The flat is beautiful and was absolutely clean. - Location is perfect for somebody who wants to experience the real Italian life, not just the touristic part of Florence. There are plenty of small shops in the neighbourhood with perfect food and nice people. Nothing.
• Katherine (8/5): Lovely new apartment in a nice neighborhood - Newly decorated and renovated apartment, very clean, fantastic shower, good pillows and towels, heated towel rack. Reasonably convenient with a 20-30 minute bus ride to the train station depending on time of day. The host was responsive to our questions and arranged a taxi for us. Missing lots of minor amenities that we would expect to find such as a microwave & kettle, pot holders or oven mitts to remove items from the oven but these have been suggested to the host. The biggest issue was finding that there were no linens for the living room sofa bed (there is NO sofa bed in the bedroom as listed). We were told that we had to notify them ahead of time to set up the sofa bed and there would be a €15 extra cost for the linens. This was NOT mentioned in the listing! I slept on the sofa the first night. The sofa bed dipped in the middle so was not overly comfortable. NOTE: If you’re using the sofa bed, it’s always set up so you have to sit on it as a bed in the evening. The new washing machine did not work so we washed clothing by hand and were grateful for the heated towel rack in the bathroom to dry them. The host arranged service fairly quickly but they couldn’t come before we were leaving the next day.

• Vytas (10/5): 6 night stay at La Casa Dei Minuti - Royal Plaza, apartment to fit royalties. Amazing big and comfortable bed, powerful and spacious shower, great spacious kitchen. You can rest in a beautiful city with all of the comforts of your own apartment. Great value for money, late check out is a bonus. Living room - spacious room with a TV and a sofa to sit down and relax at after long day of exploring Florence. Bed - spacious bedroom with a cosy and comfortable bed to have great sleep for next day adventures. With plenty of storage. Kitchen - has all of the main utilities, plates, cutlery, cutting board, oven, hob, dishwasher and a washing machine on the balcony. Washing machine is a tad odd to operate but once you figure out then great way to have fresh clothes if you are on a longer trip. Kitchen also has a fridge and traveling in July's heat was a saviour to have cold beverages and water for the next day. Also a great saviour in heat were powerful air conditioning units across the flat. Location - location is great with two buses available to reach city centre of Florence. Number 11 and 17 both get you to city centre and bus stops are 5 minutes away from the apartment. (Buses run well and frequently,and cost 1 euro 70 if you buy on the At Bus app.) Locally you have Lidl within 10 minute walk and eselunga to shop at too. Also you have two options for local pizzerias which are within 5 minute walk. Dr Pizza was very friendly service with tasty pizzas. Overall amazing spacious apartment worth every pound and penny you will pay for it. Everything was amazing.

• Nicolò (8/5): Very good - The house is very big and the badroom very spacious. During my stay, unfortunately, the window of the shower broke down, while exiting from the shower. I was not injured but it was a bit of a shock. The owners intervened and in the evening the bathroom was clean and could be used again.
