• Patricia López Bou (10/5): - La ubicación fuera del bullicio y del centro pero muy cerca andando. El apartamento es muy agradable y está todo reformado ideal para unas vacaciones.
• Matthew (8/5): Has just about everything you need. Clean, comfortable and in a great location - Easy communication with the owner. Filippo met us at the property and carried our suitcases in, provided us with a local map and just a general run down of the property. Location was great, within walking distance of everything and a great bakery just across the road from us. The apartment was clean and rooms were generous. A washing machine / dryer would be a welcome addition.

• Crystal (9/5): Great location, well equipped, clean, large bathrooms, comfortable beds - Great location, walkable to most major attractions, restaurants and bars, close to bus stops. Apartment was well equipped; two full bathrooms, adequate air conditioning, very clean (floors could have used a better mopping), beds were extremely comfortable, windows blocked most of the noise from street (not a terribly busy street), black out shades were great! Only the floors needed a better cleaning-otherwise very clean and updated. Could have used a few extra pillows.

• FRANCISCO JAVIER (9/5): Céntrico, limpio y muy bonito. - El apartamento está impecable, a pesar de estar en un edificio antiguo se ve que esta recién reformado y con todas las comidades, aire acondicionado, plancha microondas frigorífico etc. La ubicación es inmejorable a pocos minutos andando del Duomo. Hay parking cerca para dejar el coche. La atención de Alessandro inmejorable pendiente de todo. Hecha mos en falta una lavadora aunque es cierto que hay lavanderías cerca del apartamento.

• Ronald (9/5): Florenz ist eine tolle Stadt. Kultur, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Museen, alles top. - Top gelegen. Ok parken ist schlecht, auch zum Be-u. Entladen von Reisegepäck. Bäcker für Frühstück direkt gegenüber. Netter Empfang. Parkhaus ca. 300 Meter entfernt.
• Joëlle (8/5): Conforme à l'annonce 🌞 - Très bien reçu Propriétaire, Très sympathique Appartement conforme à la description. Il serait plus intéressant de changer l'heure pour libérer le lieux, car l'équipe de nettoyage est arrivée 30mn avant notre départ prévu dans le contrat et nous a mis dehors. Pas de soucis pour nous ,mais pas agréable à vivre. Il y a plus grave dans la vie 😉

If the host wanted to go above a - Beds were comfortable, it was spacious for a Florence apartment and the bathrooms nice. Shower was very good and we loved how responsive our host was. Air conditioning worked very well. Fridge was a great size. Having a dishwasher was nice with adequate dishes and silverware. The location was good for walking to all the major sites in Florence. There was minimal space to sit in the common area if you were more than two people, and the bed pillows were extremely thin.

• Helen (9/5): Very nice comfortable base for exploring Florence - Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, nice firm mattresses, good central location, with friendly local cafes. Very minimal noise from adjoining properties and street. Good living space, and kitchen. Very helpful host. Would be good to have a light in the stairwell for evening entry. We would have liked to have additional pillows, and throws. The window in the living space, was very overlooked by adjoining apartment terrace.

• Mark (9/5): Clean and well equipped apartment just off the centre of Firenze - Recently refurbished so everything was clean and fresh. Location great, next to San Croce area. Bathrooms were done to a very high standard. Ideal for 2 couples with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Because it's so recently refurbished it lacks a little bit of character, maybe a few pictures would liven it up a bit.
