• Karin (10/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden. - Nicht direkt im Zentrum aber sehr angenehm gelegen, da nicht so viele Menschen unterwegs. Trotzdem viele Lokale und ein Supermarkt in Gehnähe. Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, gute Matratzen. Den Restmüll selbst entsorgen zu müssen, bzw. sollte es eine praktikable Möglichkeit geben, den Müll loszuwerden, ohne den halben Abreisetag danach auszurichten. Der Müllmann klingelt nicht an der Haustür, so wie angekündigt, man müsste quasi von 8-10 Uhr aus dem Fenster schauen um zu sehen wann er kommt. Wenn man die Abholung verpasst muss man mit Koffern und Taschen zum Müllboot, wenn es nicht da ist, kann man mit dem Müllsack nachhause fliegen

• Dominika (8/5): Piękne mieszkanie, ale nie na tą porę roku. - Piękny apartament, bardzo wygodny, przestronny, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Wyjątkowo komfortowe miejsce! Lokalizacja też bardzo dobra, blisko sklep spożywczy, z okna widok na wodę... W lecie miejsce idealne, w zimie ma jeden minus... Temperatura... Niestety przepisy miejskie dotyczące maksymalnej temperatury, ale i centralna regulacja ogrzewania sprawiły, że było nam tam bardzo zimno. Podłogi lodowate, odczucie temperatury dużo niższe, niż ta ustawiona przez zarządcę. Na prośbę o podwyższenie temperatury, była ona podwyższana na chwilę, na drugi dzień powracała do niższej... Wróciliśmy przeziębieni.

• Aleksandr (10/5): - Coziest location away from the crowds, still reachable by foot from the train station. Excellent apartment layout with spacious bedrooms and large modern bathroom. It's very warm in winter. Fast internet. Well equipped. Switching on the kettle with the dishwasher working kills the main electricity plug to the apartment. Unexpected, but solved with ease
• Inga (10/5): Perfekt - Das helle, sehr saubere und renovierte Apartment ist praktisch und nett eingerichtet, die Küche verfügt über sehr gute Küchengeräte (auch wenn wir diese kaum benutzt haben), die Betten sind bequem und das Badezimmer begeistert mit einer großen Dusche. Unschlagbar ist der Blick auf die Lagune mit Murano und Sant Michele und die Dolomiten am Horizont. Die Lage ist für venezianische Verhältnisse ruhig und etwas von den Touristenströmen entfernt, trotzdem mitten drin und eine Vaporetto-Station nur wenige Meter entfernt. Kleine Shops und vor allem leckere gastronomische Angebote locken in der Umgebung entlang der Kanäle und die Außenterrassen laden zum Verweilen auf einen Aperitiv und mehr ein. Im Vorfeld erhielten wir umfangreiche und praktische Informationen zur Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe, den Standort und Venedig. Vor Ort wurden wir persönlich begrüßt und uns alles Wichtige erklärt, ebenso erhielten wir weitere Infos per Links über aktuelle Events, beste Lokale, Bistros und mehr. Perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

• Angelika (9/5): - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Casa di Arianna! Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Venedig, Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Supermarkt sind fussläufig leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Ausreichend Kochutensilien und einheitliches Geschirr vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade mit Blick auf die Lagune. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Es hat alles gepasst ! Ein Stabfeuerzeug zum Anzünden des Herdes wäre perfekt……:)

• Joanna (9/5): perfect stay! - everything was perfect! very quiet surroundings and not far from restaurants, caffees and bacaris, vaporetto - very short walking distance (2 mins), beautiful view, well equipped apartment! i do really recommend! please pay attention that on Sundays there are no trash collecting points so if you leave on Sunday, the best option is to do it on Saturday or bring the trash to piazzale roma - there are bins there. BIG charge for cleaning services (100 EUR)

• Lisandra (9/5): Superb - This is a very comfortable apartment, fully equipped, very spacious, clean and it is located in a quiet residential area but within walking distance to attractions (we do not mind walking!). Sebastiano was lovely and was there to greet us and hand over the keys and gave us advice on some Venice rules (namely taking out the trash) how to get around and best route to the airport. Always very responsive to our messages. This was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Venice.

• Sabina (7/5): Good - Really nice apartment, clean and a good location It is advertised as two bedroom but the second room is a sofa bed which is not comfortable for two people as it dips in the middle. There is plenty of space for it to be a normal double bed in the second room which would be much better
• Julius (8/5): Flat in quiet area of Venice - Flat was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay in Venice. The kitchen is very well equipped for a rental. Location is quiet but close to the train station and vaporetto stop so very convenient. There's also a grocery store within walking distance, as well as some bars and restaurants. Overall the flat is fine but there are a few areas for improvement: - The mosquitoes are generally bad in Venice, and we appreciated that they left insect repellent for us. However the windows do not all have screens, and some screens are broken, letting the mosquitoes in. - The air-conditioner in the main bedroom is old and very noisy - too noisy for us to leave it on during the night - but we could not leave the window open because it did not have a screen. This meant it got warm and stuffy at night. We were there in September - can't imagine what it would be like in high summer! - The second bedroom has only a sofa bed, and if it is in use there is no lounge area; the only place to sit is the dining table. This was okay for us (three people) but I can imagine it might be annoying for others.

Was met at house to meet and greet, hand over keys and get shown around. Second bed was a foldout couch bed, not what we expected, was not comfortable.

There are many restaurants nearby where you can eat. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful person, who gave us all the information we needed. I recommend this accommodation. • Joanne (8/5): Brill! - Alexander was an excellent host - he met us with the keys and explained in detail everything about the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and modern and met all our needs. I would recommend staying here. Nothing really.
• Renette (9/5): La Casa di Arianna - We enjoyed the apartment, the water bus stop was close by so made transport easy. The grocery store was a short walk away. And lots of lovely restaurants close by to choose from. As it was advertised as a 2 bed apartment, we were disappointed to find a sleeper couch in the 2nd room and not a proper bed. Thankfully, only one person used that room and found the sleeper couch comfortable enough. I don't think it would have been comfortable for a couple. It was rather noisy at times with people talking as they walked by at 2 am.
• Aussiesisters2 (8/5): Wonderful and different - a little off the beaten track! - Just loved being out of the mania and crowds, 2minutes to Tre Archi vaporetta and local restaurants and view to the lagoon. We sat outside most nights on the seats looking at the water and watching Venice work and her locals. Felt very safe and only one bridge to walk to train station! Made it easier to transport suitcases. Big apartment with lovely view from one bedroom, apartment well equipped with washing machine, oven, utensils etc. We prepared lovely food each day. May be a little far off the tourist track for some - 10 min walk to main drag - but we loved it. Great for families and on ground floor with just a few steps up into apartment. Worked for us with someone with reduced mobility. No couch, just dining table and chair - we would still choose it! Had issues with keys but the rental company sorted us out the next day and they worked fine after this.

• Connolly (8/5): Very good - The property was clean and furnishings new and white, (Ikea). The apartment was on the ground floor and had plenty of space and appropriate facilities. It was in a quiet area, entered via a large shared courtyard. There is a sea view, to the north, from the Kitchen. It's location is good in Venice, it is close to the 'Tre Archi' Vaporetto stop, a few minutes walk away. It is also close to popular bars and restaurants and a supermarket - (Conad), which also a few minutes walk away. The Key holder was called Alexander and he was very helpful and responded quickly to any issue via Whatsapp.... (i.e. when the power tripped in the Apartment on one occasion. He also arranged for us to leave our bags in the Apartment until 1pm.... on our day of departure. Although this did not work out in the end, he did arrange it for us.) The temperature and weather during our stay was great, we even managed to have a swim at the Lido. There was not much kitchen ware or utensils for anyone cooking it can be a bit basic. (i.e. only two wine glasses for three visitors). Recycling which I do support was quite 'set' and required one to leave specific rubbish outside each morning, this was OK once you got the hang of it. Minor issue with our departure and the arrival of the cleaner ahead of time despite having arranged a later time with Alexander... this was not a major issue, just meant we had to leave the apartment a bit earlier than planned and eat our lunch outside, before heading for the bus. No comfortable place to sit in the evening.

• Inga (7/5): loved Venice overall and change the bed situation and we could return! - great location from our perspective, though some may find it a little away from the hustle and bustle. we loved the peace and quiet and the fact we could sit outside and watch the sunset (and lightning!) without the crowds. very handy for train and bus station and we were quickly able to master the vaporettas and get around Venice and the islands. it’s rather misleading to say it has 2 queen beds; it has one and a sofa bed which our friends who slept on it said was not that comfortable! fine for kids but given they have the room you should replace that with either 2 singles or another queen!
• Catalina (10/5): Our stay was great! - The apartment was very big and clean. We had there everything we needed and the location was stunning, by the sea. Our host was so helpful and nice and the check-in was easy. I highly reccomand this place for a nice stay in Venice. Thank you!
