• Guido (10/5): Se siente uno en la auténtica Florencia - La distribución de los espacios en el departamento. El baño muy cómodo y sobre todo que esté en planta baja resultó muy práctico para el equipaje Fue una muy agradable estancia
• MATTEO (9/5): Sehr gute Auswahl - Tolle Lage, in der Nähe von Palazzo Pitti, aber trotzdem ruhig. Unsere Kinder und wir konnten ruhig schlafen. Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Wir könnten das Check-In nicht wie angegeben durchführen, aber hat es trotzdem geklappt, da wir wenigsten die Gepäcke in der Wohnung lassen konnten. Es fehlt leider ein Haartrockner
• Judit (8/5): Ár-érték arányban megfelelő volt. - Nagyon jó környéken van, minden látnivaló könnyen elérhető, tiszta. Nem volt kávéfőző, pedig úgy van feltüntetve, hogy van.

• Francesca Maria (8/5): - L’appartamento era completo di tutto: non abbiamo utilizzato personalmente la cucina, ma era perfettamente attrezzata. Anche per quanto riguarda il bagno c’era tutto il necessario; l’unico dettaglio è che la doccia non si chiude completamente. Forse sarebbe utile lasciare anche un sacchetto in più, ma si tratta davvero di una piccolezza. Le uniche note meno positive sono la mancanza di luce naturale, qualche ragnatela nella parte esterna e i rumori esterni che si sentono, anche se una volta chiusa la porta della camera da letto l’ambiente risulta silenzioso. Detto questo, ci siamo trovati comunque molto bene: appartamento bellissimo, fornito di tutto, posizione centralissima in una piazza splendida e comodissima, e i proprietari davvero disponibilissimi. Consigliato! Doccia

• Marco Antonio (4/5): Não foi agradável pelos motivos acima. - Localização. Nosso horário de entrada era 14:00, mesmo chegando na acomodação as 18:00hs nosso quarto ainda estava em limpeza e somente foi liberado às 20:15hs após término da limpeza. O imóvel embora bem localizado possui um forte cheiro de mofo que gerou problemas de alergia em minha esposa e filha prejudicando o nosso passeio.

• Graham (10/5): Fantastico - Location location location, near very good restaurants, gelato’s, bars. Close to Ponte Vecchio, Duome. Pitti Palace, S Michelangelo Plazzio. Essy was very welcoming. Had a fabulous time in Firenze. Eccellente, Tutto Bene, Grazie Mille Mille Grazie Bellissima Nothing

• Vladimir (8/5): - Nice apartment, in a nice area, close to the center and attractions. 20 minutes on foot to the train station. Convenient check-in, they meet you at the apartment and explain everything. It would be nice to add a hair dryer to the bathroom. Add some more dishes to the kitchen.
• SONER (9/5): - Evin büyüklüğü gayet iyiydi, klimalar iyi çalışıyordu, arkadaki ufak bahçede bir şeyler yemek güzel oluyordu, mutfak donanımı tamdı, evde gerekli çoğu şey mevcuttu. Konum olarak gayet iyiydi. Giriş kapıları ve kilitleri güvenli hissettirmiyordu, kilitler her an bozulabilecek şekilde takılıyor ve bazen açmak ya da kilitlemek için uğraşmak gerekiyordu, yedek anahtarın olduğu kutunun dış kapağı sorunluydu. Ancak herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.
• Jo (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, friendly staff The sight and smell of mould in the bathroom and bedroom was overwhelming for me. Feels like it hadn't been aired out for a while. 😢
• Gianna (10/5): Exceptional - It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The location is great - only a short walk to main sights/museums. We had to check in late and the instructions to get in the apartment were very clear. The only downside was the smell of humidity that was inside. It was very damp.

• Starla (9/5): Close to all attractions in Florence, nice, cozy place to stay. - It was very easy to get into the property, and it was located right next to all of the tourist places in Florence. It was a short walk to get breakfast/lunch/dinner, and the property was equipped with all of the utensils one might need to cook a meal if the visitor would like to do that. The one issue with the property is the electricity that cut off in the night, but was easy to flip back on. The owner gives specific instructions on how to do this. Considering the location and the nice accommodation, this was a minor issue.
• Oswaldo (9/5): Great time in Florence. - Property is very comfortable and very accessible. Close to all city amenities. We have a great time during our stay. The breaker for AC/Heating was failing.
• Erika (10/5): A great central location to explore Florence! - The location was perfect and easily walkable. There is a gelato place. sandwich shop and sit down restaurant right outside the door. Walking distance to Ponte Vecchio The bed was not great but not too terrible. No other negatives!
• Kah (9/5): Very down to heart local AirBnB type Ground Floor Apartment. - Short walk from Train Station and it is right next to a busy Pizzaria. Rooms are clean and come equipment all the necessary kitchenware. Wifi and socket convertor provided. The house number abit too small to locate.
• Kyriacos (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Florence - The apartment was very clean and tide with all the equipment you need. The location was exceptional. Event there was a small noisy square with restaurant, Cafe and cocktail bar just 10 meter from the property, inside was very quiet. The air condition was perfect. The small isolated veranta (patio) was very cozy and helpful for a smoker like me. The veranta was little smelly but very clean, this not effect negative as Florence old city is smells in general. The communication with the operator of the property was helpful with fast response. In general the property location help me to explore Florence butifull landmarks and hidden treasures with maximum of 15 min walk. There was nothing negative to talk about. ONLY positive. 👍
