- Gerti (10/5): Eine außergewöhnliche, hervorragende Unterkunft - Schon das Gebäude ist sehr beeindruckend. Wenn man die Treppen geschafft hat, wird man überaus herzlich von Patrizia empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es steht auch sonst den ganzen Tag einiges an Leckereien und Getränken bereit. Wir haben zur Begrüßung sogar leckeren Wein bekommen, den wir auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse genießen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolo war sehr angenehm. Er hat immer sehr zeitnah geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Aber die Sensation ist eindeutig Patrizia 😍 sie ist so unfassbar herzlich und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Patrizia hätte 100 Sterne verdient Wenn man kein italienisch spricht, hilft eine Übersetzer App, denn Patrizia spricht kein englisch. Das ist aber kein Problem. Die Lage ist perfekt. Allerdings muss man viele Treppen steigen ( die Mühe lohnt sich!!) Wir können die Unterkunft zu 💯 % weiter empfehlen

- Fabrizio (10/5): Voglio ringraziare i proprietari e il personale di accoglienza che si sono prodigati per rendere il ns soggiorno indimen - Se si cerca un’esperienza autentica di Napoli, questa struttura è assolutamente il posto giusto. Si é immersi nella vita vera di un quartiere pulsante. L‘edificio è incredibile, una bellezza che viene visitata regolarmente dalle guide che offrono il giro di Napoli. La ristrutturazione degli interni è bellissima, rispettosa ma moderna ed efficiente. Ho fatto quattro piani a piedi ma é inevitabile. Mai si potrebbe aggiungere un ascensore che rovinerebbe l’estetica e l’architettura unica dell‘edificio.

- Floriane (6/5): Pallazo de charme mais suite familiale trop chere par rapport aux dysfonctionnements rencontrés - le privilège de monter le bel escalier de ce palazzo, la hauteur sous plafond, la commnication facile par whatsapp avec l'hote , le petit dejeuner copieux (pain frais, beurre, confiture, fromages, charcuterie, yaourts, jus de fruit, lait, café), la possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant le check-in et après le check-out. Le quartier peut surprendre, mais pas d'insécurité et proche du centre historique. Nuit calme. On peut tout faire à pied ou aller chercher le métro Nous avons été accueilli par un tres gentille femme qui ne parlait qu'italien, pas très facile de tout comprendre meme avec le traducteur google. Quelques explications auraient été nécessaire pour la plaque de cuisson (interrupteur dédié) et l'eau chaude dans l'une des 2 douches car pas d'eau chaude. Heureusement qu'il y avait 2 salles de bain car dans l'une pas d'eau chaude pour la douche, et dans l'autre chasse d'eau des toilettes ne marchait pas. La suite familiale est très sombre, les petites fenetres donnent sur des mini cours fermées. Pas de grandes fenetres sauf dans les salles communes avec l'autre appartement non précisée lors de la réservation (celle avec le piano et celle avec la grande table sur laquelle est déposée le petit dejeuner le matin. Dans les salles de bain aucune possibilité de pendre les serviettes. Enfin très mauvaise connexion wifi. Heureusement que nous n'avions que 2 nuits

Chambre agréable et très propre, salle de bains super. Accueil très sympa. Emplacement parfait. Petit dej dans un cadre fabuleux, pourrait être amélioré avec jus de fruit frais ou tout simplement fruits frais, et/ou oeufs. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés du tout, mais signaler qu'il y a des escaliers (superbes) à gravir pour accéder aux chambre du 4e étage et à la terrasse.

- Anja (9/5): - Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt. Das einzige Verbesserungspotenzial, das wir sehen, ist das fehlende Obst zum Frühstück. Ansonsten alles super!

Die Straßen waren voller Menschen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Leichter Punktabzug für den Flugzeuglärm, aber wir haben es nicht als negativ empfunden

She offered great advice on how to get to different places of interest. She kept things spotless. People should know there are lots of stairs. We were at the top and there are 135 stairs. Toward the end of the stay we were exhausted. Also the outlets in both our rooms were not working so we only had one outlet each room. Lastly the final night the guests below my brothers room were extremely loud

Pedimos que nos guardasen el desayuno para el día siguiente que salíamos antes de la hora a la que servían el desayuno y nos lo guardaron el día anterior y añadieron más comida. Fuimos con alumnos y por la noche no quisieron salir por miedo, por la calle en la que estaba el alojamiento. La verdad que las profes en ningún momento pasamos miedo.

It was clean and comfortable and very stylish.Breakfast was included with you could have in your room or on the roof terrace for 360 views of Naples.Overall it's a very interesting building to stay in and I wish we had longer. I liked it all. Although if you struggle with stairs this is not the place for you.

We rented the so called " two bedroom apartment" . Problem is the bedrooms have large holes on the walls on top opening to the the other bedroom and hallway. This makes the " bedrooms " noisy and not fully private . A bedroom should have walls all the way closing it. One of the bedrooms does not have a window at all , in the USA a room to be used as a bedroom has to have a window. This is a fire code / emergency egress window.

- Andrea (9/5): Unique accommodation in Naples! The palace is a piece of history! - The palace is a piece of history, not just a “regular” accommodation in Naples. It feels like living a movie!! Rooms are well furnished and very spacious. Location is quite good, not too noisy and very central. The staff, in particular Patrizia, are super nice and welcoming. Overall, beyond expectations!! Highly recommended. Unique!! Nothing

It has the basic amenities but it is a 3 star establishment so if luxury is what you after, this is not the place. If you looking for basic amenities in a spectacular part of the city, then this is the place for you. Loads of stairs to climb to get to the entrance so take that into consideration The rooms weren’t up to scratch

- Diana (9/5): Soggiorno unico in una Napoli ancora autentica. - La sede è forse uno dei palazzi più antichi e più iconici di Napoli, dormirci è sicuramente un privilegio e da la possibilità di accedere alla scalinata e alla terrazza, sicuramente un'opportunità esclusiva. L'accoglienza è stata veramente calorosa, la signora Patrizia è un amore e si è presa cura di noi, come nelle migliori tradizioni partenopee. Il palazzo si trova in uno dei punti più vivi e autentici di Napoli, nel cuore del quartiere Sanità, davanti alla piazza dove si svolge il mercato. Nonostante i nostri appartamenti si trovavano al primo piano e con la camera da letto che si affaccia sulla strada, i muri enormi del palazzo non facevano passare nessun rumore. La cucina con angolo cottura è arredata con stile, mescolando moderno e antico in un mix molto efficace. Un bellissimo presepe napoletane ti accoglie appena varcata la porta. Prima colazione dolce e salata ottima portata la mattina direttamente dalla signora Patrizia, succhi, acqua, caffè e latte, non mancava nulla. Presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Trovare un difetto è veramente difficile, posso solo suggerire un paio di cose. Forse sarebbe importante informare che le due camere da letto sono adiacenti e la parete nella parte alta è aperta, questo per chi viaggia con amici potrebbe essere antipatico per una questione di privacy, è come essere nella stessa stanza. Il bagno è molto piccolo e non c'è il bidet ma il doccino. La terrazza è accessibile per la colazione, di inverno solo dagli ospiti delle stanze all'ultimo piano. Puoi comunque andarci ma non puoi farci colazione.

- Verena (9/5): tolles ambiente und perfekte lage. mit kleinen verbesserungen wäre es eine 10 - die gute sehle des hauses (Patrizia) ist super herzlich. die lage ist perfekt um neapel zu erkunden und wir konnten direkt dort parken. in einer sehenswürdigkeit zu wohnen fühlt sich toll an. das frühstück ist sehr einfach mit konventionellen verpackten produkten. schade weil es direkt vor der tür so viel frisches und günstiges regionales überall an den marktständen gibt. unser zimmer war sehr klein und hellhörig. auch das bett sehr klein für uns beide (obwohl wir auch klein sind 😊)

- STEPHEN (8/5): Fun place to stay but watch your steps - The property is a fascinating old building in Naples, actually a designated architectural treasure. The host Patrizia was lovely, full of life and charm and extremely responsive to any requests. Breakfast on the terrace was great as was a free glass of wine up there. Coffee and tea were available all day and night as were cakes and snacks. Breakfast was good. The location was good with some good bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The accommodation is comfortable and practical rather than luxurious. To get to the apartments you must climb seemingly endless flights of stairs. A hard ask with luggage or at the end of a busy day. A person with mobility issues would find it very difficult to manage.

- Yanina (9/5): - We loved the uniqueness and style of the building. During the day there were actually tourists just coming by to snap a photo in the courtyard. The location was excellent, right in the middle of a bustling neighbourhood close to everything. We always felt safe coming back to our hotel late in the evening. Patricia was really sweet and a great care taker, she gave us tips on where to go and made accomodations when we needed to have our breakfast a little earlier than normal. This place feels more like an B&B which was really nice. For the price and the location, this was a great place to stay!

- Anja (10/5): Unbedingt buchen! - Wunderschön! Das Zimmer selbst war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Kunst an den Wänden, bequemes Bett, alles ok. Das Highlight ist die wunderschöne Terrasse, wo man jederzeit sitzen kann und wo das Frühstück serviert wird. Einfach ein Traum. Toll auch, das wir dort in einem separaten Raum unsere Koffer noch stehen lassen können. Sehr viele, aber sehr schöne Treppen 😁
