• Leila (10/5): Amazing host - This stay exceeded all expectations. For the price, we couldn’t believe the hospitality we received! Li planned out our entire itinerary for our stay, which made navigating the national park and Tianmen mountain easier. He also purchased the tickets for us which were then put on our passports for easy use. The room was also very spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Highly recommend this stay! -

Pero sin dudas lo mejor de todo fue su anfitrión, quien se tomó el tiempo de darnos una explicación detallada sobre los distintos lugares a visitar. Cada día se encargaba de explicarnos con un mapa que lugares recorrer dentro de cada parque, cómo llegar, que precauciones tomar, todo lo necesario para disfrutarlo al maximo. Sin dudas nustra experiencia no hubiese sido la misma sin su ayuda. Un gran guía turistico! Muchas gracias.

• Melanie (6/5): Nice staff but loud area and common smoker smell - Good location and great staff Very thin walls so could hear other guests and planes flying overhead from the airport closeby! Also smelt like smoke and the clean towels delivered on my second day had a smoke smell too
• Anna (10/5): If you go to Zhangjiajie we can only recommend you to book this hotel - The place was near the bus station and close to the airport and Tianmenshan Park aswell, it’s more quiet but a convinient store is just across the building. The host was amazing and helped us book all the attractions and parks. He planned how to use the time we had to see everything we wanted to visit. Without him we would have not managed to see all of that so smoothly without stress. This really made our whole stay in Zhangjiajie enjoyable.

Il a pris le temps tous les soirs de bien planifier notre journée du lendemain, en expliquant en détail toutes les étapes, les chemins à prendre ou bien à éviter, les transports à utiliser, etc. Notre chambre a été nettoyée et rangée tous les jours, les équipements étaient en très bon état. On a même pu utiliser leur machine à laver. Transports en commun accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Très facile de trouver des supérettes ou des restaurants autour du logement. Excellent rapport qualité prix!

Hij haalde mij van de airport gratis op (wilde ook geen geld aannemen toen ik het aanbod), hielp me met mijn bagage, hielp met met het plannen en boeken van tickets/activiteiten en ik mocht aan het einde ook 2 uurtjes later uitchecken van ze. Echt helemaal top!! Zou hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen. Matras was een beetje hard.

Организация такси,экскурсии. Уютно.,стильно,номера новые,вид на горы, комфортно нет посторонних звуков..Ощущение как.дома,релакс. Цена замечательная . Хозяин создаёт Очень хорошие условия Рекомендую 100% Остановиться и получить хороший отдых. Самое оптимальное место для осмотра Тяньмэнь. Утром и вечером приветливый хозяин угостит чаем.Номера большие,комфортная кровать, все чисто и уютно.

• Sohorab (9/5): A Rainy Stay at Zhangjiajie - The helping attitude of the staffs, I think it's a family business. The owner helped me book the Tianmen cave and briefed me in the map. He also helped me to verify my we chat and we pay The amenities were enough. There were restaurants and super shops nearby. Cable car is also only 7 yuan with Didi taxi. They contacted me from 3 days back and was helping me. The communication problem. I had to communicate with the staff through the translator whole time. Though we stayed 2 days they didn't make up the room, I think this might be their culture. Nothing bad though There were smoking smells in the room all night

• Elisa (10/5): - L'hotel era molto carino, il personale gentilissimo, ci ha dato spiegazioni dettagliate per visitare il monte Tienman e il parco di zhanjiajie, senza di lui avremmo visto la metà delle attrazioni. Davvero molto gentile, lo consiglio a tutti.
